I actually wrote a bunch of encouraging posts under the hash tag, from the insane amount of diets and nutritional programs available (paleo has little calorie counting, and eating meat is a-ok, one guy lost weight eating twinkies and doritos, Jared the Subway guy, a girl that lost weight eating taco bell, etc), to the incredible variety in exercise options (weights, running, dancing, DDR, swimming, biking, etc) so that you will not get bored, to the fact that exercising gives you an actual high, to the fact that professional sumo wrestlers - who are elite athletes, struggle with weight related issues, to the fact that my mother had thyroid issues and was never fat, to a few of the social elements (http://www.misstravel.com/ as an example).


But no. Noone liked my actual positivity. the fat-enablers that try to shame the hashtag are of course only going to focus on the most negative of tweets. Such is life

EDIT - also, as if this needed to be said - /fit/ and /pol/ have been mobilized.

I can see Roosh has read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals"

Never read that book, but it's on my list.

The twitter hashtag isn't sending ROK any traffic at the moment. Most people participating on it don't even know how it originated.
