RE: Suit Game Summer 2013
As a side note, the double-breasted suit makes a strong comeback this winter (last winter already most italian designers seemed to favor it as a key tailoring direction).

Pal Zileri winter 2013/2014 collection.

Turtleneck pullovers also; they are "in" since about two years, but it seems that it will be more blatant this winter.

RE: Suit Game Summer 2013
I am a big fan of white, cream, and pastel suits. Obviously these are "in" year round in warmer places like Miami. What about more northerly latitudes like the Midwest, New England, Canada, etc? Is it okay to keep wearing the light colors into early autumn, or is it advised to move to darker shades after Labor Day?

I feel like when it comes to fashion, there really aren't any rules.

Wear what feels right to you; it's supposed to be fun, so don't overthink it.

I've noticed a pattern of both French and Dominicans getting banned.

Classic.

He was a cool guy.

I had to smack him around a few times and KO him like Jack Dempsey (Irish) did Georges Carpentier (French).

Fn killed it. The last 3-4 months have been abs bonkers. Went out suited everywhere at night.

I had my biggest streak too. 11 girls in 14 days (4 were harem chicks, but still). This is on top of working 6 days/week and working out. It would have been more if I was in a more logistics-friendly city.

WIA- For most of men, our time being masters of our own fate, kings in our own castles is short. Even those of us in the game will eventually succumb to ease of servitude rather than deal with the malaise of solitude

Yeah real strong.

In Monaco, Suits are an absolute must.

In Montreal, Suits work great.

So yeah, pretty successful.

But we knew that already, didn't we?

FWIW Moscow is a serious suit-wearing town and you see most guys rolling in suited or with a nice sport jacket at the clubs. At work you gotta wear a suit too in most offices. I don't really ever go into a club or nice bar without at least a sports jacket kinda thing on.

It's crazy what some of these guys wear too - talking Chicago 1920s gangster / Great Gatsby kinda stuff no joke. Anything from tan linen suites with those white leather mesh shoes in the Summer to the full on black hitman style stuff in the Winter. Lot of flashy looking stuff too with the minigarch crowd. Even see some hats. I think it's awesome and have bought a couple suites I never would have worn in NYC that are pretty much standard here.

Seen some ensembles like this here (sans the tommy gun):

Plenty of this kinda thing going on too:

This would be pretty standard (on the left at least, haven't seen too many 3-pieces here but they are out there):

Interesting.

I think it was Prosal who went on a huge anti-suit rant in regards to Russia.

But then I think Slubu rocked it Suited Down everynight and we all know his story.

Yeah I think Prosal was generally anti-suit. But when Slubu was here he and his buddy pretty much rolled out suited every night (not sure if custom though Smile ) I think at the clubs suited is a great look and unless you've got some kind of high end casual wear looking going for you you're not making the same impression. Money talks here, as does looking good for the more upscale crowd. And for the mid-range girls from the provinces having a suit on or even nice jacket/jeans gives you some DHV I'd say.

Which city are you in? Curious.

The point of modern propaganda isn't only to misinform or push an agenda. It is to exhaust your critical thinking, to annihilate truth.

RE: Suit Game Summer 2013
As a Miami head, I wear fitted blazers with my look and it's not uncomfortable. Granted I primarily use them at night and in the day time only if its for an event. Knowing the right fabric to wear is really what's important as functionality is concerned. You will immediately draw attention as not a very big crowd goes suited down or even well dressed to be honest.

However I would not recommend wearing a suit down here unless the fit is on point. Fit is king and if not done right will make you look like a tool to girls. Knowing the right fabric to wear is really what's important as functionality is concerned.
