How do you guys pick a girl to day game? What factors do you consider? Pure looks? Reputation? I'm having a hard time judging who to pursue, so it's nice to know how the pros do it.

Looks and approachability.To tell which girl is approacable and which not comes with experience.Generally girls faces tell everything about them.

There are also specific "looks" that I will target -- Girls that look sexual, girls that look like freaks, girls that look like they need dick, girls that look adventurous, girls that look lonely, girls that look thirsty, girls that like my type, girls that share my hobbies, etc.

Eye contact and facial expression.

Examples:

Eye contact for an extended period of time = go for it
Eye contact and she looks away with a smile = go for it
Eye contact and she looks away with disgust = don't bother

Great topic.

Took me years to figure out which girls would be receptive to my advances, and which would crash & burn.

Target selection is important. Better approaches keep spirits higher. Keeps energy levels flowing high.

1. Walking speed. The slower the better. Had a 3 hour insta date yesterday with a freshman student. I approached her because she was wandering, with her head in the clouds. We had coffee, kissed at the park, and walked back to my place. Had she been busy, this would not have happened.

2. Body language. Arms crossed? Head down? Not good. Look for more open body language.

3. Face. Reflects exactly how she is feeling. Smiles are great, but rare.

When approaching, you must be aligned with your intention.

Gut check. Ask yourself. If my opener hits, am I prepared to go the distance with THIS girl for what could be the next few hours, bring to my house, and give her the business?

Daygame rocks outside of the US. Can be brutal in some places, but university, parks, and malls are friendlier bets, in that order.

If they look bitchy or unpleasant, I don't approach. Sometimes I wonder if I filter out too many based on facial expression. Sometimes my face looks unfriendly when I am deep in thought, but I am in a good mood and am approachable.

When a girl has a pleasant "kind soul" look, and I'm attracted to her, then it's game on.

I understand the obvious, I just wanted to know what "cues" to pick up on. Little subtle things- I'm not going to approach a girl if she's giving me the death stare lol.

Just approach and start talking, I find that sometimes girls will be more approachable than others but I dont funnel out whether or not I should approach unless she is leaving(on a bus, train, etc.). Appraoch a lot and rack up numbers as much as possible, text them as soon as possible, eventually there will be a couple that will want to see you again and meet up with you.
Remember it's a NUMBERS GAME

"Little subtle things" are picked up through calibration (as in approaching) not reading Internet forum threads.

I've been trying to notice the "little things" that everyone brings up, so I started to talk less and listen/engage more. There really is body language that you can notice, actions that aren't obviously noticeable in normal conversation. Great advice!

I'm a passive people watcher. Always have been. A pretty face is important to me. I won't lie. But I usually try to feel out and see which girl is giving off a cool and friendly vibe. I think it comes from a fear of rejection. I tend to laugh off rejection much easier these days.
