Apparently Hopkins wants to fight Floyd at 160! Regardless of it being one of the more crazy matchups I've heard of - it would be a fight strictly for the tactical/technical purists, and thus one of the most unaesthetically pleasing fights ever.

Floyd reminds me of Bruce Lee. His style is like water. Whatever you do, he will wrap around it.

I agree. I think most people grew up in the Tyson era of one punch and done boxing.

Floyd is a boxer. He is trying to score points.

I love what Floyd does in the ring. It can get boring watching a fighter toy with opponents the way he does, but at the same time I truly enjoy watching him. Don't get me wrong - I love watching guys get put to sleep also, but mainly because it leaves no doubt and eliminates the potential controversy of seeing it go to the cards and getting decisions like THIS.

Yes, Tyson's ability to generate power and torque was legendary. One punch knockout power!

Very entertaining to watch.

Ironically, Tyson was also very well schooled in the arts of defense, footwork, head movement, fainting/feigning, jabbing, spacing/distance control, and psychological warfare.

Mike was really an old school type of fighter. He studied all the greats. Cus D'Amata had one of the largest and greatest collection of old fight tapes in existence. They watched old fights almost every night when Mike was a teenager.

Mike's boxing IQ and boxing fundamentals were very underrated. He could tell you exactly why Floyd does what he does.

I must say, nothing about that fight was boring to me. That was a master at work. The top of the craft. The worlds greatest on display.

But, I am a San Antonio Spurs fan so you know how I am.

Where does Floyd go from here? He's head and shoulders above anyone at Welerweight/Light-Middle. My fear is that Middleweight, especially against the GGG's of this world, could ruin his legacy as he'd lose. Hopkins, as I said earlier, is a crazy fight. I'd watch it though.

Discussing any potential Mayweather-Pacquiao fight remains a fool's errand until 2015. Pacquaio's contract with promoter Top Rank Inc. expires after 2014, and Mayweather refuses to do business with Top Rank founder Bob Arum.

Mayweather said he didn't watch Pacquiao-Rios and went to a kickboxing event in New York instead, with Stephen Espinoza, the executive vice president and general manager of Showtime Sports and Event Programming.

Asked about Pacquiao, Mayweather offered a one-word response:

"Who?" he said.
