I think as social media gets bigger there will be even more erosion of actual social skills. I remember when I was in my last year of high school, facebook was still in its infancy and I registered for an account a couple of months before graduation. Now you have a whole generation which is being brought up on facebook and twitter. They rather talk to you behind the screen than in person.

Another component of this is that anything you post online is public. People are dumb enough to register for sites with their real facebook or other social media accounts. There is a reason why I never use my real facebook for anything and have almost 10 fake emails and 3 fake facebook accounts. In the future, I can see facebook and twitter becoming requirements to browse the web. It's not that far-fetched. Many websites are now converting to facebook comments. Social media will lead us into 1984.

Maybe I will do a detailed write-up someday but Mechanico is right on the money.

Whether they run such awful game on fatties or models, and whether the men are omegas, betas or alphas, I am always disgusted by such game. I would be just as offended by the concept of George Clooney walking up to a hot girl and saying "hey, want to fuck?" and that of a stinky basement dweller doing it to a manatee. It really shows no regard at all for the other person and is very uncivilized. I could understand just asking, but pursuing someone in that style over and over?

I think he'd have ended better off if he'd chosen a marginally better girl. In my opinion, it's the fact that she's disgustingly fat that does the most damage to this man's legacy, not the admittedly terrible game (as much, it's just not the primary factor).

Whereas if he'd targeted a higher quality girl, he could be credited with the willingness to be direct and risk being shot down, even if the material wasn't so good.
