I am very impressed with the talent in Bucarest and I am normally not that easily convinced. This has to be the most Westernised part of Eastern europe I have been to and not in a bad way. The food, the nightlife, the fashion is all on par with other major capitals. Everyone speaks English and are more than hospitable. I didn't meet any tourists over the weekend and the nightlife is pretty epic. I think Romania is a strong contendor for me. It's like a mix of all my favourite places.

+1. I enjoy coming back to the same city repeatedly, and Bucuresti is the place where I've been the most often and where I continue to go (cheap flights from Paris, no visa, ect). Agree about the shortcomings of the "new stuff". I spent a few days in Costinesti and, believe me, that's one of the best places on this planet for women:

Pluses:

-the quality is very good.

-About 20% of the girls are topless.

-is very cheap

-90% of the people are 15-25 years old

Minus :

-The clubs are one after another and they turn the music very very loud. It is very hard to have a conversation.

- The girls are not that easy as you might be tempted to think when you see so many girls with their titties hangin'. You will have to put some work. ONS is not common in Romania, not even in a party place like Costinesti.

Bottom line:

I found the place kind of shitty. Alot of loud music and shitty gypsy music, very crowded and alot of shitty people. But if you like to travel just for the women you will probably like Costinesti.


If you have money better go to Mamaia.

There aren't many hotels in Costinesti, mostly houses. There are people everywhere asking you if you want accomodation.

Costinesti is very little and the clubs are just one after the other.

I recommend MegaDiscoteca Tineretului, one of the biggest open air clubs in Europe. There are thousand of people partying every night and the biggest romanian bands have concerts there every night.
This is the most expensive club in Costinesti. Entrance is about 8$. The cheapest bear is about 2.5 - 3 $.


Other upper scale clubs:

Gossip, Office: both are kind of big and kind of expensive for Costinesti standards. Mostly tables.

Ring: anothet good option. I can't tell you much about it other that it is pretty big. Entrance was 3 $.

There are plenty of Beach bars and other places where booze is very cheap.

Costinesti is a village man. There are houses everywhere. You just go and ask the people to show you rooms and choose which one you like. A decent room for 2 is 15 euro.

I've been to the Romanian seaside a few times, Constanta. The resort is called Mamaia and it's one long strip where all the hotels/bars/clubs are.
The beach itself is a bit of a shithole but in terms of women, they were incredible, July and August are the best times to go.
There is a waterpark on said strip which has plenty of opportunities for day gaming and most of the girls are just walking around with their tits out.
There are lots of choices for nightlife, nice bars, fancy clubs and beach parties, I found the girls to be very receptive and they seemed intrigued when they realised I wasn't from Romania.

I know this is a Romanian thread, but about 2 hours to the south you have Varna in Bulgaria. Nicer beaches, better nightlife, more tourists (Scandinavian, Israeli, Russian, etc) and more of a party atmosphere, plus some of the best looking women i've ever seen. Even the girls working in restaurants were 8's and above.
Definitely worth a look.
