One thing that helped me in this kind of situations was drinking a bit beforehand so I felt I could blame it on the booze if I got performance anxiety. Which I wouldn't get anymore since I had an excuse ready and therefore no pressure anymore.
You don't even really have to drink much, just say you were partying really hard before meeting up with her.

Porn addiction has little to nothing to do with testosterone levels. There are many guys with good T levels who have sexual difficulties due to porn consumption.

When I used to use "NO" pre-workout supplements, even the wind blowing would cause an erection.

The problem is I am doing 'everything' right for my health, body and test levels.
- I eat a diet high in (saturated) fats.
- I take vitamin D3 every day(5000IU)
- I take 3-5g of l-arginine a day
- I have been lifting heavy ass weights for the last 1.5 years.
- I box 2x a week, will start BJJ soon as well.
- I don't drink too much
- I sleep well 5-6 nights of the week

I did a simple hormone panel blood test in April, test level came back at 11nmol/l which translates to about 340ng/dl for Americans. Went back up to 19nmol/l after 6 weeks when I stopped eating a lower fat diet and took a break from my cutting diet. It might be that my test levels have dropped again.

The girl could also be part of the issue here. She does certain things that turn me off. Like:
- Talk about other guys
- Is on her phone every 15 minutes (even though I tell her to put it away)
- Doesn't talk dirty to me when having sex
- Gets pissed when I am not being 100% nice to her. Causes a whole scene after.
- This girl is fairly tall. Before sex she flat out told me: "I could have had more guys if I was shorter"

But she does some cool things though, like cook for me.

Your situation translates into...the girl is the issue, not you. Maybe she doesn't get you off in a sexual way even though you two can get along. Try another girl too see if that gets you off. From your OP, you indicated your problem is maintaining an erection, not actually getting one.

Some excellent suggestions here already. Another one is sensate focus - Google it. Basically you try to ignore the mental chatter ("is it getting hard yet?") and concentrate on the sensual feelings of touching another human being.
