I don't think jelqing does anything. Basically with the "VTLC" or "TLC Tugger" (the email I got was the "TLC Ventless™ Tugger") is basically a modified foreskin restoration device for penis enlargement. Guys get too caught up on dick size. They forget that sex is mostly a mental/psychological thing for women. Dominating a chick is bed does not require you to have a mandingo dick. It can be argued that if a species evolves in area where less clothes are required, than the body is going to become as much a way of communicating as the face is in colder climates where the body is mostly covered.

So, maybe faces meant more to the vikings, and bodies meant more to the tribes of Africa.
