I seriously think I'll look like I'm in my mid or maybe late 20's when I'm 40 because of my baby face and lean body. It'll be funny if I can get away with knocking off 20 years when I'm in my 40's and not make girls suspicious. A guy who's never been tied down and always been in the game, takes care of his body/face and has good genes will be a monster when he's 40. How many guys fall into those categories? 1 out of 1,000?? Most guys start getting lonely and want someone by their side so if that never happens to you and you're consistently interacting/messing around with new girls...your game should naturally progress and you'll know what works and what doesn't for you like a 6th sense.

The thing is, this may be crack pot theory, but drinking once a week may be good for you? Generally drinking makes you laugh/smile/increases your mood so no need to go apeshit and go 100% healthy.

90% healthy/10% unhealthy is a good balance, you don't want to be stressing about everything you put in your body 24/7 365, because I truly believe the #1 worst thing for your body = high stress

Never see a guy who looks old that has had a stress free life.

Note: I'll come back on the no alcohol thing as I'm doing a 45 day challenge as we speAk. So far I feel about the same as when I was drinking 3/4 drinks a week.

Drinking alcohol is older than language. Animals eat fermented fruit. It's natural. We've evolved with it.

Obviously it can be harmful if done in excess, but so can a lot of other things.

The french live longer because of all the resveratrol they get from wine.

I got a tan. My skin color was too white. A few people commented that I look better now.

I also grew my hair out. I used to have a short, military style cut. This is not good for a guy in his mid-30's. Not enough style and flair. People thought I was a cop or a marine. Not the look I was going for.

And, I added some muscle mass and started tucking my shirt in more to highlight my waist to shoulder ratio.

These 3 things improved my appearance quite a bit.

1) Get a tan. Pasty white only looks good on Swedish people and other Northern Europeans, I think.
2) Get a grown man hair style.
3) Hit the weights and wear clothes that fit properly.

I will be ready when school starts next month!

I just talked to one of my game mentors. I guy that is slightly older then me, 41, I think. We were talking about dating much younger girls.

He said he is at a great age because he can date girls aged 20-40. I asked him why he would want to date a girl over 28 but thats a whole nother story..

He said most guys don't realize that they can date much younger girls. One line he said that stood out to me is..

"they just want a guy that knows what he's doing"

For me, the best ages were 22-26, although I didn't realize it at the time. There were several reasons for this.

First, I was still young and able to be irresponsible without having the weight of real life bear down on me. Therefore, I just went on dates to go on dates and hooked up to hook up, without any thought it would or should lead anywhere.

Better still, I was young enough to still date 18-year-olds, yet just mature enough to date older women and be a novelty to them. Not to mention women my own age. Best of all, I wasn't jaded enough yet to look at these age groups in terms of cliches.

The downside: I had very little money and confidence and didn't game as much as I should have because of that. I felt I was having success in spite of my lack of funds, not realizing that might have given me some bad boy appeal older guys didn't have. Bleh. Live and learn.

As my granddad used to say "Every handsome man is slightly tanned".

A tan especially if you live in a non-hot country such as the UK or if you have a tan out of season ( i.e in winter when everyone else is pasty ) makes you not only look healthier and more healthy but it hints at a better lifestyle. A tan in January says 'holiday' which subconsciously to a woman equals success and a certain wealth. The amount of eye fucking eye get with a tan is ridiculous in comparison to when I am my usual colour. And the gaze is held longer too, I have definitely noticed this and pondered it on many occasions. My plan is to have one tanning holiday every winter to keep the summer tan topped up throughout the winter.

I'm 27 and currently carefully calculating how to have the ideal lifestyle by age 35.

I want to have a massive amount of access to women between 33 and 38 so that if I decide that I wanna get married at what I speculate to be my peak of handsome, I can, but don't have to.

Please note that, if I did marry, I would do so with a non-Chinese in China.

Because she's not Chinese, she would have little in the way of help securing my resources if we got divorced/separated.

If she made any fuss, I'd just move to Thailand until she lost track of me.

Naturally, I'd invest in resources that would travel easily.

i.e. Sweet party sailboat, rather that sweet party apartment. I'd rent an apartment and put my money into stuff that would travel well and make any apartment great. For example, a steady stream of cash that would let me rent consistently awesome, relevant furniture.

Might cost more that owning, but the added flexibility would be worth price.

Always wondered why a lot of Brits go out of their way to get tans, and it makes total sense.

Cardio, long slow distance training for marathons and triathlons etc, will age you faster than smoking and drinking. Just look at your average marathon runner, or even triathlete. They look and feel haggard. The giant societal myth that endurance training is the holy grail of health and fitness is dying fast. Supposed fit middle aged people drop dead regularly in marathons and major triathlons every weekend.

My prescription is weightlifting or bodyweight resistance gymnastic training, some sprinting and playing sports. No workout over 1 hour, no more than 3-5x per week unless you are training for a sport. Marks Daily Apple or Art Devany is probably the best longevity programs out there. I am guilty of getting too much sun but I cant help, I love it.

Here's the workout routine for this 48 year old dude who still gets eye fucked by 20-somethings (and sometimes teens):

Monday: Back and Chest. At home. For 7 months of year, 60 minutes, for 5 months 30 minutes.
Tuesday: Stretch for 35 minutes.
Wednesday: Arms/Shoulders. At home. For 7 months of year, 60 minutes, for 5 months 30 minutes.
Thursday: Run about 4 miles.
Friday: Off
Saturday: Legs and back at gym. 35 minutes. Often skip.
Sunday: Run for about an hour. Sometimes 1.5 hours. Run pretty slow.

Many missed workouts as I get better offers for the evening, go on vacations, etc. But stick with it pretty religiously.

Oh, but I eat pretty healthy. Nutrition is about 70% of fitness.

Without sunglasses, you squint, and that causes wrinkles around your eyes.

I was reading through this post and am suprised someone brought this up (being tan).. Living in Texas it's not hard to get and stay tan at all because its always hot as fuck here, and being someone who's always outside working on my yard or washing my truck or at the beach, ect, i stay very tan.. Let me tell you gents: The chicks love it.. I'm white but during the summer months keep a nice golden tan.. A week ago one of my hookups came over.. We were standing in my kitchen and i had my shirt off and i said something like "i did my yard today, got a nice little sunburn".. She said: "But it looks so damn sexy"..

I think it is here, with the downfall of lance no one here even cares about the Tour anymore. I think that will have a big effect, and you see articles coming out everyday in the mainstream press like "why running is bad", I see it happening in AU as well, with the advent of crossfit, etc.. weightlifting is huge down there as well

I don’t understand the mentality behind “I don’t date girls over 25.” You all know damn well that there are 30+ women out there who are hotter than over 90 percent of 20-year-olds. They usually dress less provocatively, but it won’t matter when the clothes are off.

As a test I set up an account for a mid 20's - found a few ok looking pics online, some are not even the same guy lol. I kept it short and sweet. I've only gone live a couple times and got a half dozen messages and views off the chart!!! (i'm not communicating with these women just observing)

The women viewing the fake one are early to late 20's and mostly all attractive. the women viewing mine - mostly older or unattractive. So...without reaching out to these younger women - they are not looking for me.

I was called out in another thread as being a trophy boyfriend. Makes sense considering what i focus on with the whole MGTOW thing. Being aloof helps a lot in this sense.

I say, as long as you spend your days working on yourself and just being authentic to what you believe the culture of hamsterism will benefit you directly. I'm just weird in the sense i can appreciate a chick who has the balls to make moves.

Being older definitely helps. Money, sophistication, a good career, and a semi atheletic frame will do you wonders on your own.

definitely working toward that and thinking that's what needs to happen. just got out of a relationship with my child's mother. 2 years of drama and indecision on her part funny thing is she and her friends meet guys on pof and that's where i got the idea lol.

If I was an older guy, I would

- Set up the online profiles with your age and go for women 30 or 35+
- Set up another profile and knock at least 10 or 15 yrs off so you can go after younger girls with no problems

Make them both private or whatever it is so nobody can search for you. Do that on top of going out and talking to girls.
