For the overall university experience (partying, girls, atmosphere) the ranking is as follows:

1st place - Queens & Western
2nd place - McGill
3rd place - Laurier

IMO there is a big ass gap between McGill and Laurier. McGill is located in a fucking incredible city and you have complete access to a metropolis of nightlife and entertainment.

Queens and Western offer the only thing close to an american university experience though (in terms of atmosphere and campus life).

I went to École Polytechnique de Montréal, probably one of the hardest engineering school in Canada. Basically every CEO from the largest engineering consulting firms from Quebec are from Polytechnique, it has a good reputation amongst engineers in Quebec, and in North Africa/France/Guadeloup/Haiti. Basically every french countries. We don't have programs in english though and that hurts the university accross Canada and internationally, even though we have exchanges ententes and doubles-diplomes with l'X (École Polytechnique de Paris), École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Munchen Technicke Universitat and KTH Zurich amongst others.

It's not hard to get into but incredibly hard to do the first 2 years for some programs. Even if it's part of University de Montreal (but a different school nonetheless) the school is entirely focused on engineering and extremely theoretical (not as much as the french Grandes École but close)

As someone who lives in St. Catharines, I would avoid Brock University if your not going fora program, the city is kinda a dump, and if you plan on staying the summer, when the students are away, your gonna have a shotty time if you don't already have a good established friends group.

I've heard nothing but good things about McGill in terms of students, partying and women, so I'd recommend that, but apparantly it is as expensive as hell out there for rent n such
My sister goes to Western, and its a good party school but I don't know much about it outside of that.

I chose Mount Allison university. I'm going to be in Canada for an entire month before university starts. I'll probably rent an apartment in Moncton until I can get access to my dorm. Any recommendations on what to do during my free month?

If Russia allows more than one citizenship, I would just stay in Canada a little bit longer and get the Canadian passport. That second passport alone (and one that is like Canada's!) will be really useful.

Moncton is a fun little city, the best one in the entire province, in Nova Scotia we call New Brunskwick "no funswick" because the three main cities are all very small (<70,000). Moncton is about a third French Acadian and is one of the most bilingual cities in Canada, the local Acadians like to party and the girls are really nice and fairly easy there. I used to hit up Moncton with some friends for the weekend to get out of Halifax, good times there.

If you plan on staying in Moncton, I hope that you have a car because Mount Allison is in Sackville, NB, which is about a half hour drive away.

Mount Allison is basically an extension of Moncton High Schoolers and most of the school is from the local Moncton area. Moncton itself is pretty fun although it is mostly just Bars or Pubs, compared to the typical "Nightclub" scene.

No Funswick really sums the place up.

Realistically I wouldn't recommend Mount Allison for anything other than school. It's mostly local NB'ers who, outside of certain areas, are average at best. The School is small and eventually by the 2nd-3rd month you will start seeing repeated chicks showing up on campus. The Nightlife scene there is bare, you'd be much better going to any other of the Major Universities in the area for the "Nightlife" scene.

Your call but I'd be interested to see why Mount A was picked here.

I generally like smaller cities more than big cities. I also read that Macleans magazine considers Mount Allison one of the best undergraduate universities in Canada.

I'll transfer to a different university if I'm disappointed with Mount A. after the first year.

Yeah I like smaller cities too, but not Sackville, NB. Seriously do a bit more research, your on a PUA forum and talking about going to Mount A, which is kinda weak in that area. Look into say X or Acadia or even SMU to an extent. Much more fun and much more to do with sluts all over the place.

It would be troublesome to back out of it now. I've paid my university fees and booked a flight to Moncton already. Also, I think it would be troublesome to contact the Canadian Embassy in Moscow and try to explain my situation. They might tell me I have to wait or resubmit my documents (not entirely sure).

I plan on visiting Quebec and Toronto before university starts. I'm flying into Moncton in late July. What would be the best way of going about this? I'm going to be bringing a lot of stuff with me and I don't want to bring all of it on my trip to Quebec + Toronto.

Rent a storage Unit in Moncton or go to your University and ask to have some of your stuff placed in storage.
