Neither of those two videos were miami. Maybe ftl but definitely not miami. Ocean dr isn't one way and there's a park in front of the entrance to the beach on sobe. Its not north beach either.

Yeah I have a feeling it's in south Florida but I'm positive not Miami. In front of the beach in Miami there is either a park or a big hotel/resort/condominium. There isn't really a place in Miami where the road goes in front of the beach like that.
