I'm about to meet this girl in an hour and don't want to shower. Went to a smoky bar last night and my hair smells a bit. So I sprayed some Axe deodorant on my head to cover up the smell.

Anyone ever do this? Pros & cons?

Personally I dont recommend Axe in any situation, but yeah washing your hair wont take that long either..

lol..I didn't realize I'd get this reaction but I'm glad most of you guys found some humor in it.

I'd like to point out that Axe is a de-odor-ant, meaning it neutralizes/kills odors. And it's not the classic type of deodorant that leaves a white chalky film on you. It's more of a cologne - a deodorant with a scent. It leaves nothing on your hair. I even sprayed Axe inside my funky smellying sneakers and socks and it did the job, kinda like those OdorEaters.

It would have been the second best option right below taking a full shower but spraying Axe took 5 secs, saving me 4:55 mins. Also, I had my hair styled and gelled - that would have been additional time also.

Run your hair under the sink with a dot of soap or baking soda, it takes 2 min. AXE smells like shit when mixed with other pronounced odors, your not fooling anybody doing that.

I've seen dirty white girls use baby powder to mask dodgy hair smells that could be a option also but that's slum dogging it.

Take the time to be clean. If some chic is angry I am taking some time to be fresh then she can fuck off.

Hygiene is so important, plan your day accordingly. Never half step the hygiene.
