What do you guys think about them?

I fucking love long dangling belly button piercings, but it seems like the older I get, the rarer this kind of stuff becomes. In college I was banging a girl with a "clitoral hood" piercing which was kind of cool, she loved it and apparently it gave her inadvertent orgasms, but to be honest it kind of got in the way otherwise. Nipple piercings are kinda cool but I can do without. Ears and belly button are legit.

Has anyone ever convinced a girl to get one?

Let's say she's pretty conservative style wise and only has her ears pierced. Seems like you'd need to have been seeing her for a while and she also needs to be somewhat open to it in the first place since it's kind of an ordeal.


Two things I'd like to accomplish in this realm:

I absolutely despise facial piercings, particularly tongue ones. The most I could settle for would be a tiny eyebrow one (I'm not counting ears, that's just regular earrings). As for the body, I also dislike nipple piercings and would be ambivalent towards stomach and clit piercings. It really seems unnatural, attention-whoring and detracts from the overall look.

It's like short hair - the handicap principle at work, so it enhances the girl's looks only in rare cases.

I know a few with the belly-button piercings. I actually love the belly chains too. It truly is a decoration for a chick with nice hips. Beyond that, I don't mind the nose piercing on some girls (that little diamond on a sexy girl is beautiful) and ears (not too many holes though). I don't want to see it in the eyebrows, tongue or lips or in the face. And I don't want to see anything below the waist pierced.

I'm thinking more Cleopatra than feminist. Girls using piercings to accentuate their beauty in a non-gaudy or attention-whoring way.

I don't mind the little stud in the nose, but aside from that I agree on no facial piercings.

The wild card is the tongue ring...done on the right girl it's hot as hell but it's ruined by so many trashy girls. I'd be a buyer of it on a hot and slutty European girl that has maintained her femininity.

Dated a girl with pierced nipples and a belly button ring. I liked them both. I like small, discreet nose piercing or something else just to enhance the face a bit.

Totally fine with that as far as bang material goes. In order to date the girl, many visible piercings could be a hindrance, and usually they go along with other funny clothes, hairstyle, etc, which could be quite embarassing, if someone sees me with her.

I think the pierced belly-button trend was a fad that peaked in the mid-2000s. I seem to recall most girls I banged in those years as having one. In recent years it has become much less common.

I've also noticed a strong correlation between tats and piercings (not exactly surprising, I know, but I can confirm it from my experience). Of the two most heavily tatted chicks I've banged (small sample size, but it's not a look I actively pursue) one had both nipples pierced and the other had her clit hood pierced.
