Members in this thread asked that I make a data sheet on Abercrombie and Fitch as a former employee.

Overview: Abercrombie and Fitch (A&F) is an American clothing retailer that is known for their expensive clothing and provocative advertising. Most employees are insecure attractive girls in the 18-22 range.

Employees are split into two groups: models and impact team. The models work the front of the store. The impact team works in the back. What team they are assigned to is based on how attractive they are.

My Experience: I worked at A&F during my late teens as a "model" after being recruited while shopping there. I think the term model is laughable but it's part of their corporate culture to breed exclusivity. Looks and acceptance are paramount to the girls that work there and once you are considered "in" by virtue of being an employee it is a fuck fest. I banged 3 of my coworkers in my first month on the job from running basic game. You can parlay the job into more bangs by gaming customers as well. One of my favorite things to do was telling girls that a certain item looked great on them and adding "I'm sure your boyfriend will think it looks great too." The single girls would often admit to not having a boyfriend which was a green light to go for the discrete number swap. Normally I'm against asking about boyfriends but it's a useful filtering technique since your time is limited. Another way to use the job to get bangs is to troll the food court/rest of the mall on your lunch and after work. After starting a casual conversation I'd mention that I was on break or had just gotten off of work. This would prompt girls to ask where I worked and when I dropped A&F their eyes would light up. This works best on younger girls as the job holds status to them.

Rules of the Job:
1. Getting caught banging a girl on the impact team will hurt you with banging the girls on the model crew. The impact team is looked down upon by the models though they will never say it outright.
2. These stores are gossip factories due to most of the employees being female. Play your cards close.

Banging A&F Girls as a Non-Employee: Your best bet is to target the girls in the food court who are on break. They are much more approachable outside of the store and won't be hard to spot. Just look for a moose or "A&F" logo on their clothes and check their feet for flip flops.

I appreciate the thread, knowledge is always welcome. I think A&F is whack though. Just my opinion. I really don't think anyone over the age of 25 (preferable 21) should be wearing it.

Some additional info: The key to banging these girls is working there/having access. Once you cross the line from customer to coworker you become part of the club and the dynamics change completely. You can pick up as few as ten hours a week and just use the place to farm pussy. Just flirt with the girls and have a good time. I used to do stupid things like shake the ladders when girls were using them or tell them in my most serious face they were being fired for not being cool enough.

Sounds right. I got hired as impact but within the first week I had the managers making me work out in front greeting people and teaching me to use to register. I was told I fit the "persona" of a model and should be working there rather then in the back of the store. It's surprising how many girls will talk to you at a place like that or ask you for clothing advice. I've had girls ask me how their ass looked in the jeans they were trying on or "help" fitting into the clothes in the changing room.

I remember when they opened up a big shop in the city centre and everyone was wearing it because, Hollister, brah.

Also helped me overcome interview anxiety by attending a big group interview with a newly cut no.3 haircut. No, I didn't get the job. Yes, I ran proto game by saying some bullshit about yin and yang to the "model" who was there to help the manager with the interview.

I also hear they get a lot of clothes stolen because of the lighting, or lack thereof.

Good points OP.

I worked there for a couple semesters in college and killed it. It's definitely a perfect fit for college age guys, but I'd say 25+ and working there comes across odd.

The dressing rooms used to be money because they had floor to ceiling type doors but they changed that to the traditional open bottom doors. The full length doors were money for banging co-workers.

Another bonus to that job was there was so many part-timers working, generally you could game a variety of co-eds without continually working with the same ones.

This brand is pretty much dead though, I laugh when I see dude's rocking those Holister t-shirts.

I own a A&F jean jacket that I wear once in awhile, however this is a very white store.

Yup both A&F and Hollister are dieing because people prefer to rock the "hipster" "unique" look from stores like Urban Outfitters.

Douchebag white store bruh. I like some of their jackets but I refuse to support them after going in there a few years ago and not being asked if I needed help once. I usually like being left alone in stores but they were conveniently greeting and asking questions to everyone else walking in. I remember the clothes looking like shit and being extremely overpriced under the dim lights

In a more general sense, I feel like being social circle vetted is like 90% of the way there for bagging the 18-22 crowd. Just like being part of a particular fraternity on campus. Its possible without it, but it basically becomes fuck-up avoidance game once you're in the club.

This sheet is about 5-10 yrs too late for me. Oh well.

I remember A&F choosing not to expand into Vancouver because their market research decided the Asian population wasn't big into their clothes. Just recently though because of weak domestic demand for the brand, they are making a big pivot to Asia because many newly wealthy Asians are all about brands and "status", and A&F is pretty much one of the most worn brands (whether counterfeit or not)

Good post OP found this pretty intriguing...for us older guys I don't think working there part time is an option though. Seems like a lot of work to do just to get a [email protected], but given it's the US I think the options with attractive women are limited so you really need to find your niche(s).

Great post. I remember when Abercormbie first started getting hit with diversity law suits and bad press because of the lack of ethnic models about 10 years ago and every time I went into the store the managers would approach me about working there. So, for the college aged black guys out there with a suburban/clean cut look and good physique, this would be like shooting fish in a barrel. This post kind of makes me mad I never took the position.
