I use Google Voice. A burner phone paid for with cash would be ideal.

Problems with Google voice
1. Sending/receiving MMS
2. Can be traced to your real identity by law enforcement

So a couple of the girls I had met have been blowing me up. I figured I'd throw them some line about enjoying hanging out but I could never see myself paying for the privilege of someones company. All except one said they would still love to hang out and wouldn't expect anything. Reaffirmed my belief that SA is nothing to some chicks but a way to meet guys that may be a little better off than average.

I should also mention the girls overall seem to be of higher quality and less work then you would pull from other online sources.

I concur. Last night one of my SA (via Craigslist) girls came over. We've met twice and smashed both times.

A tip that I forgot to post in this thread;

Get the hotels.com, or other similar, app on your phone. Do this so you can avoid prebooking in case it turns out the broad isn't down for an evening of ecstasy.

Just book the room when she goes to the bathroom and get your keys when you do the same.

Book before midnight. Otherwise, your reservation will be for the following night which may cause problems if they are booked up and cannot change your night at the desk.
