They need to be reminded of just how crazy and childish they often are.

"Fuck off, you're being a fucking cunt." is my go-to. If she has any issue with that, I walk away and tell her she's being insensitive later after she texts me a million times.

You can literally say whatever you want if your walking away holds the weight of her associating it with her never seeing you again.
