How many people on here are Clark Kent/Superman Alpha? Like you are beta at work and then alpha in the club?

Is there anyone here who is alpha all the time? My sense is that this what Roosh strives for- consistent, continuous alphatude. It's essentially being a rockstar of your world.

A good comic book hero who has continuous alphatude is Batman . He is alpha as Bruce Wayne and as Batman, if anything he is two different types of alpha.

Bruce Wayne is like a suave, charismatic, classy game spitting alpha, while as batman, he is more a thug, badboy, caveman like alpha . This is of-course form the comic books, and not from the Christopher Nolan movies.

Sadly, beta at work, alpha other times. Try to keep as much alpha at work as possible without getting fired, but working for someone else to build their wealth is beta I will be first to admit. Looking to change that like most with my own business ventures.

Sure plenty of the guys on here have the joy of waking up every morning and truly have to answer to nobody, and anyone they do answer to is for the business of making their own green stash. You are my inspiration.

This is the example I use with girls and they fucking love it. I have a baby face and throw a lot of them off with how upfront I am and they label me a "badboy". I say I wear a disguise like Clark Kent, and they lap it up.

In regards to your question, I'm a bit more subdued at work, but not beta.

I don't really understand this dichotomy.

Being "Alpha" just means getting what you want.

If pretending to be a loser gets you promoted pretend to be a loser. If being the rockstar 24/7 gets you promoted, be the rockstar.

At the end of the day if you're getting girls/money/what you want at life that is alpha.

People on here seem to think it is "alpha" to be a "alpha" at work but if that gets you fired it's on you.

So just act in a way that gets you what you want.

If you're with a CEO just feed his ego because he can do more for you than you can do for him so you need his help. Play "stupid" to get ahead in everything. If anything the fact that superman is secretly superman is even more alpha.

I agree with you on this as the real definition of alpha as it relates to game. But, a lot guys on here would argue that even having a boss means that you aren't the alpha male etc.

My sense is that this forum tends to push the idea of lifestyle game, where you are in charge of everything, and don't have to change yourself to placate others.

Maybe I'm wrong?

We read stories about Mechanico dealing with people actually fighting in his shop. Roosh is a guy who writes books on how to bang women for a living. I don't get the sense that these guys ever have to switch modes often.

Also, a lot of guys here argue that you have to be jacked to be "alpha" etc.

I do think that getting what you want is part of being alpha, but I'm more interested in the attitude component, as it relates to how you carry yourself (body language, tone of voice, etc.) You could be getting what you want at work by feigning submissive body language, and then switching it up in the club (like Superman), and I'm curious to know how many guys on here are doing that kind of thing.

Yes. Being alpha just means voice to many.

It is more "alpha" if you can pick up chicks at work, at a bar, in a library, in a slum, in a high end club, on an airplane, on your walk to the park.

Real "Game" is just being able to attract people in multiple environments. If you can pull hood rat chicks to rich yuppies with 17PHDs that's incredibly strong game.

So real game, is getting promoted, making money, staying fit, banging girls from sluts in cabo to the virgin in a library at IVY who cares university.

You wear the correct "costume" so to speak. Life is just acting class. Put on the correct act to get what you want.

So, I think we can sumarize the predicament for most men who are alive in the states today.

They are confused about what they want.

Deep inside, they might want to fuck lots of hot girls etc., but they aren't aware of the power of game, feel like they don't have options, and are told by culture in general that they it's almost impossible, if possible at all, to change. They are also offered anesthetizing carrots of porn and the Sunday game + six pack to keep them down.

I think these two things create a loop of beta/feminized thinking.

I'm not 'beta' in work, but I'm not 'alpha' either. I'm often more 'beta' with certain friends than I am with others, depending on my 'station' within the group hierarchy. With girls in work, I am mainly friendly but 'distant' in that I don't engage with their vapid conversations. They literally talk about crap all day and my 'cubicle' is positioned in direct proximity of 3 females...It drives me crazy sometimes. One of them is a 48 year old mother of a 4yr old girl, and as you can expect is constantly showing off and boasting. She even makes sexual jokes to ensure I know she is still 'functioning'. It's pretty fucking sad to see!

Anyway! A true Alpha to me is like what WestCoast said: "If anything the fact that superman is secretly superman is even more alpha". Superman doesn't need to shout about it, he's fucking Superman!

Oscar Schindler says something similar, well the fictionalized version in the film Schindler's List, when talking to the sadistic concentration camp officer:

I generally agree with, but if pleasing your boss means getting pushed around and being treated like shit, then that's where I don't. For me, being alpha means keeping up a certain level of dignity. I will professionally submit to someone who is more powerful than me, whom I depend on and who, in return, is willing to respect me. But if you get disrespected, you need to stand up for yourself, even if it puts you at risk of loosing your job.

What I never understood is why superman had a JOB??!!! WHY??!!!!

He could have played poker 3x a year to make millions per year. He could have robbed a bank (maybe not inline with his values though), there are tons of things he could have done to earn without a 9 to 5er.

Did he get the job just so he could be near Lois?

I think it's pretty polarizing to say you're either beta or alpha during the day, it's possible to be alpha but subdued about it. a lot of times it's just not necessary to actively behave like a boss and you might get along better with people by adopting a relaxed complacent attitude. you don't live in prison(unless you do?) where you have to never show weakness.

Here's my take: Superman's clark kent wasnt really beta, so this dichotomy doesn't exist. Clark Kent was just a way for Superman to FIT IN. He's an alien after all, completely different from the rest of us. But he still got lonely. By adopting the personality of a dilligent office drone, he was able get what he wanted: to FIT IN to SOCIETY. That curbed him of his loneliness. But at his core was the ultimate superman alpha soul.

So the duality doesn't exist: there's not an alpha face and a beta face, only either an alpha or a beta CORE. If you're core soul is alpha, then who the gives a fuck what mask you wear.

This video above highlights some things about the alpha mentality.
It is from a chat show in which this man, who doesn't work, is outed for claiming further benefits from the council for him, his two (current) women and 15 children. Yes that's right, he has 15 kids, 4 or 5 with about 3 different women. At the time of this show, he was receiving £25,000 (approx $40,000/year) in benefits and was berating the council for not providing him with more. This show was made by the host to name and shame these people. Yes, in front of a mainly female audience. (Much has already been made of this show in Roissy's and Rational Male's blogs about the feminist attitude of this show...) Note, after the show, his wife gave birth to kid no. 17 one month before his girlfriend gave birth to no 18...

Beginning- alpha (shaved head = virility, full beard too. Natch.) Laid back posture. Calm and composed at all times.

0.14 Attempt at shaming him from the host for living in a polygynous set-up. Alpha agrees and amplifies.

0.50 Attempt from host to shame for having masculine drives and being a "red-blooded male". Again, alpha agrees and stands his ground.

2.10 The man is challenged. He fights for what is important to him, his family and his reputation. The host tries to interrupt but the alpha male will be heard and have his say.

2.26 Cut shot to his wife and girlfriend beaming with pride at their man. Note pussy tingle there. (I know, neither of them are bangable but you have to remember that he's in the 40's region and he started with them when they were both 20's-ish.)

2.57 The alpha scoffs at a thinly veiled negative compliment from the host. Host then goes on to berate man for doing something entirely legal and sleeping with two women at the same time. Note the nodding women in the background and yet the alpha looks as smug as ever.

3.56 He doesn't care what anybody else thinks. It's his show as far as he's concerned.

7.10 First wife comes out and is staunchly defending her family and her man. She is happy with her man!

8.19 He even has the host eating out of the palm of his hand despite him not being a "likeable character" and getting his name entirely wrong. He even says he'll call him what he likes and the host accepts. Host: "I'm Russ Abbott by the way", Alpha: "Right, I don't care".

8.40 The host of the show is asking permission of him to TALK to his woman. Who's in control here?

9.13 Host brings out second woman and tries to stir her jealousy for the other woman. Fails.

10.03 Host actually sounds jealous of this man!

10.47 Host: "When you grew up did you think you were going to share your bloke with another woman?" Second girl "No, (*thinks for a split second about that long forgotten apparent feminine dream*) I didn't actually. But two mums are better for the kids". Host and audience are stunned to silence as they have no comeback.

Now this video doesn't actually tell the whole story (of course), and I don't advocate entirely copying this man. He stabbed his first girlfriend (she was 17, he was 21) when she left him (which is how he got his criminal record). Furthermore, regularly beat his women, leaving them covered in bruises. He stayed at home with the kids while the women went out to work (not entirely sure this is such a terrible thing). He's just been put on trial for the manslaughter of six of his kids by accidentally burning his house down with them inside and trying to frame one of his women that left him for starting the fire (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-der...21519890). Not exactly a nobel prize winner in the making I'm sure you'd agree.

But the main alpha tenets are there, and as a result his women are clearly loyal and go loopy for him, hence his 18 kids (now 12) and utter female devotion.

Even more interesting was the documentary that was on earlier tonight which profiled his character in more detail. I literally have never seen or experienced a man in real life who lives so firmly in the masculine whilst being surrounded, and directly attacked by raging feminism. I'll try to find the link to it.

P.s. Being alpha does mean getting what you want. However, this raises two important points.

Firstly, if anyone has ever read Niccolo Macchiavelli's The Prince, or The Art of War by Sun Tzu, then you'll know that to get what you want you can't be "strong" all the time. Getting what you want involves some strategy and change or adaptation to the surroundings. (Isn't that the point of learning game in the first place...?). So if that means showing some vulnerability or "beta behaviours" to make people comfortable, then if it get's you what you want so be it. In the end, all that matters that you get what you want.

However, the second point is that how much "beta" are you willing to show to get what you want. Superman in the film is obviously alpha, but I don't care what anyone says, Clark Kent is a pussy. He is omega in all ways, never stands up for himself, never takes initiative, has no dignity, the list is endless...

No amount of omega is worth it. It would be like offering me £20million to be ass raped by a star-fish. No thanks, I'll pass.

I'm not advocating hurting people if that is what you are insinuating.

If you want something you act in the way that will get what you want. Saying you "wouldn't do something" is just reeking of insecurity.
