One thing I would say, slightly off topic, is generally (always exceptions)....that women far prefer an athletic body as opposed to a meat head figure. In my local gym I am one of the fitter guys, but relatively scrawny compared to the big iron pumpers. (Iron...funny name for a dog eh?!) However, lots of the girls say they prefer my "athletic" figure as opposed to a beefcake.

She was down. Because of my Game.

When I went to swim, I took off my shirt.

I did a dope Beach entry dive that can only be accomplished by a lifetime at the beach.

Why was she down? Not sure.

1. I smoked
2. My Game
3. Dope style (Wildcard Gym T-shirt, fresh Board shorts)
4. Boxers/Surfer Physique.
5. Dope Physical Style (beach entry)

They all played a role. This is just dope Game. No make up needed.

Does this make sense to everyone now?

Side note:

There are some funny wrinkles to this story, might do a blog post on it.

Side note II:

At 8am, (wanted to surf, no waves), there was a couple swooping doggie style right on the beach.

Fully light out. Classic.

Pause. You didn't name those guys for the belief that they have "elite" bodies but because they have high status as successful entertainers and athletes.

People in general value success, especially success in competitive industries that are broadcast publicly (TV, sports, movies, music). Success by nature is attractive. The discipline it takes to maintain a nice physique is attractive, at least compared to the guy who smokes weed, plays vid games, and eats cheetos on his couch instead.

Having an attractive girl on your roster may also increase your perceived attractiveness among men and women. Among men it will raise your status and among women it will raise your value. People may look at you in a light that may have been inconceivable previously. Any guy who's dated a hot chick knows this firsthand. A hot chick is your best wingman.

HC's argument actually, is this "the time it takes to get an elite body relative to working on your game + bank roll is not worth it". This is certainly a heavily genetic question as well.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that if you're dead serious about your health and your body it can often become too isolating.

Seven days a week in the gym, having to prepare food constantly, never going out to eat or drink alcohol.

The times when I was on a very strict diet and fitness program I always had this feeling like I was just waiting for it to get over so I could start living again.

For most guys the difference between going to the gym a few times a week, learning how to eat healthy 80-90% of the time, and allowing yourself to drink on the weekends versus being totally neurotic and structuring your entire life around your fitness may not be worth having a slightly better physique.

They are viscerally attached to a belief system, this means they are both above the age of 35.

As you age your brain ingrains a belief system which prevents an expansion of your comfort zone. You should continuously wreck what you believe in.

This is going to go over most people's heads but perfect timing because I am gone for the week anyway ha!

I'm not ignoring Gio, it's just that his question doesn't address my point. When I evaluate men personally I look at status more than anything. That one guy who mentioned all those celebs, had they not been famous and lacked status, I would view them in a totally different light. Women would too. They only stand out due to their status as successful men in competitive and high profile industries.

I remember reading a Tucker Max book some time ago and he mentioned how the game changed for him once he became famous. He no longer had to go out to recruit chicks. He simply hooked up with chicks who e-mailed him and he would get flooded with compliments that he never received before. That's what status (fame in this case) does for a man.

As for WC's comment, certain genetic, physiological, and economic factors preclude many men - naturally or otherwise - from ever being able to attain an "elite body" as described in the OP. I just think the whole notion that it's consequential to game is misguided.

Of course I'm not advocating that people don't work out. I've always adopted exercise as a lifestyle. But the "elite body" criteria as described in the OP is pretty extreme.
