RE: Which Smartphone?
I love the Galaxy Note 2. Its basically an S3 with a bigger screen and stylus. It fits in my pocket fine and only see the phone becoming an issue with small hands.

I have had lots of girls open me just off my phone. "Is THAT a phone?"

RE: Which Smartphone?
I plan on buying an IPHONE soon. I see a lot of IPHONE 4s unlocked for under 300 bucks. My concern is having a checklist when I buy it to make sure I am not getting burnt since I have no idea how to assess these smartphones.

Any advice on how to go about this? Also, can I port my METROPCS phone number to straight talk, assuming I roll with an unlocked IPHONE?

RE: Which Smartphone?
Is this a good phone by the way for under $200.00? Looking for a new smartphone purchase that's unlocked before I head overseas soon. Thx!

I have a locked 4S. Want to make an offer or have you already bought?

If it weren't for this coming out soon.

A Nexus 4 16 GB would be mine.

RE: Which Smartphone?
It's definitely coming to ATT. It should be out sometime next month due to a delay. It's being caused by a supply problem because HTC is not considered top tier anymore. 2 years ago they were on top of the Android world.

Best Tmobile smart phone (I'll be connecting it to Simple Mobile) for $100 or less? It doesn't have to be a brand new model and I don't mind used as long as it works fine.

If you are on a budget check out the Samsung Galaxy S5690... It`s a VERY nicely priced smartphone!

Specs:

Price around 230 USD.

Get the 32gb SD card for music/files and you are good to go. The SD cost something like 25 USD.

RE: Which Smartphone?
I have Sony Xperia P. Has a great screen dpi and combined with HDR camera app and a slight use of afterfocus app is an awesome game tool because girls emotionally connect bright, colorful, sharp and professional looking pictures and their beauty on them mostly with you as the cause of it, but can't see it on less quality screens.

I know two girls in my neighborhood that "stalked" me all dolled up in the middle of the day so I can take a picture of them on top of their building. With the prettier one I banged it used to easily turn from common seductive poses to a dare game of her removing most of her clothing and eventually a porn shooting knowing her janitor neighbor could come up any moment to clean or repair something up there.

RE: Which Smartphone?
Hey guys,

I decided to ditch my smartphone (Google Nexus 4).

I was wondering how to reset it so that none of my personal information is on there/I can have it "like new" for a would be buyer.

Do I just do a factory reset?

Also, how much should I sell it for? I was thinking $275-300 bucks.

It is unlocked since I got it from Google. Also, it is damn near new. Screen is perfect, got all the box in perfect condition, and I have a case for it as well.

Why?

I don't see the point of having one.

The only thing I've done with it outside of my old phone is take a few pictures and use the internet (trying to kill the internet addiction).

The apps are not necessary (The Star Wars version of Angry Birds is cool though).

Also, I'm tired of treating the phone like royality since it is so expensive. I liked having the freedom of a cheap phone where if I dropped it I didn't freak out.

Oh, and I don't like it is so huge and clunky. I want something that fits in the palm of my hand.

I won't be going back to Metro Piece of Shit though. I think a Go phone from ATT is what I need.

I don't want to spend more than $200. I spent a few hundred on my last one and I don't need the newest one or anything like that. Just an android that won't fuck up and takes decent pictures.

RE: Which Smartphone?
I've owned a few androids but switched to iPhone 5 when it was released last year -- best decision. iPhone blows android out of the water in so many ways. The OS runs smoothly, the app store is stocked full and the overall use experience is much better. I'm an advocate for open systems but android became too fragmented and the phones I had were always running like shit just a few months after I bought them. The iPhone hasn't slowed down and I have this thing stocked with apps that I use for long-term traveling.

Note: I think Apple can suck a dick. Google's even worse. If I had my choice, I'd use a Linux phone if a good one existed. But when I'm dropping hundreds of dollars, I want quality and something that runs beautifully. The Samsung Galaxy S3 (haven't tried S4) is nice but too big for my taste. iPhone 5 is the perfect size and best overall user experience for me.

Anyone ever used a SAMSUNG G1? How slow would it be? I know it's old but someone is letting it go for $20. I don't even wanna get it if it's trash though.
