talking to a buddy who i go gaming with and he's was pretty excited about v-day coming up. from my experience it's always been almost too easy as long as you play it cool.

are you guys usually more direct if you're out gaming on v-day?

Day? It's a 2 week fucking Festival! Actually, the whole month can be great. I was tracking Match.com sign ups a long time ago, and there was actually a giant spike right AFTER V-day. Don't discount the weekend after V-day...can be better than the lead up.

Single girls are around 1000% more open to flirting in this week, because it's convenient in more ways:

1. Getting a boyfriend two weeks before Valentines is enough to safely tell people that they are in a relationship.

2. Because of [1], no one can point finger and accuse them of being sluts just to catch anything for V-day. And they will slut it up.

3. They can expect a "normal" gift that could rival in some way gifts that their taken girlfriends will get. If they can't, they will safely rationalize that "it's because we aren't together for that long anyway".

So don't wait until the Feb 14th to start gaming girls, this week is the dream week for any player. Exploit the desperation.
