I have to say- locking down a venue is huge. I have trouble functioning in a place if I'm not cool with the staff. You need to be able to have them on your side if an altercation brakes out.

Ya I would like a breakdown G.

If I had to guess I would say a conversion rate of around 3-4%, maybe less. I think thats actually a good rate of conversion.

You are a very social person so talking to quite a lot of girls before you lock in with one would be normal.
On the flip side I think a rate of higher than 20-30% is signs of setting your standard too low and not being social enough.

I can remember nights back home where I probably talked to around 60-80 girls within 3 hours before locking in.

All depends on the type of venue and how you work the room...

I have statistics from about 10 cities in the US, Central Europe and SouthEast Asia so far. I would say that I am more picky than the average player based on the facts that a lot of guys frequently point out girls to me that they like that I don't find attractive and I typically approach only the girls that I find attractive. Because I look the same in any city/country I visit, I would say that the stats that I collect represent an accurate result across all the cities I visit. Of course results will differ on a player's appearance, e.g. there is a difference between looking like a latino or white or black or an arab when you are in South America for instance, but if you send a guy that is white visiting Rio and then Phnom Penh and then Minsk and you have him do the same approaches on a large number of local lizards, what the results would convey is not whether the lizards like blacks or whites or asians better but the overall APPROACHABILITY factor because his appearance and approach method are consistent.

So having hit about 10 cities in the US, Europe and SouthEast Asia I have kept records. Every single approach in every new city that I have made has been logged and analyzed. My goal is getting statistics - where my f-close conversion rate is higher per 100 cold daygame approaches. That is where I plan to drop the anchor. A lot of the results I get are not what is accepted as a common truth on traveler forums.

Like g-manifesto, I would say that having put into this as enormous an amount of legwork as I have it would be stupid to just post these stats online for any hanging d*ck to use.

Paul Janka's conversion rate is about 10% when he gets the number, and he gets the number half of the time so he would have an approach to bang rate of 5%. I can't imagine G doing significantly better than a tall and GQ looking dude that approaches for a living.
