I finally got my Ukrainian "passport stamped" (ie got the flag).

Long over due.

Here is my confession though:

The one glaring hole in my Game has been EE girls mainly Russian. (I have swooped Hungarian and Bulgarian mad times and some other spots including Russian girls.)

But, I can never really relate to them. Zero connection.

And, Latvia as we all know was a tough spot for me.

I am not sure if it is a language issue or what.

I actually think it is more of a "vibe" issue. Those girls seem way too "monotone" and stoic.

I continually read about on here how people love these girls. And yeah, I dig how the look. But their personalities are atrocious. So boring. No emotion. The opposite of dynamic. No animation.

Maybe it's just a culture clash ie Far Westside Player VS EE Girls.

My personality is super animated and dynamic.

They are so serious, and for me, everything in life is a Game, and a joke. Life itself to me is one big party and laugh fest.

I honestly don't know how you guys do it. Plus I don't understand how you guys go to these cold as f*ck industrial towns without perfect weather and beautiful beaches, but that is another story.

It is getting to the point where if I see a fly Latina and a fly Russian girl, I am making a beeline toward the Latina.

How do you guys do it?

Any insight to my dilemma?

Am I out of my mind?

Thoughts?

I don't have a Slavic flag under my belt so take my opinion for what it's worth, but the times I have had time to talk to FSU women, I just can't really connect with them either. I feel like I'm constantly hitting foul balls. Not strikes, not home runs, just hits that don't go anywhere. Even the supposedly boring and stoic German girls I can often connect with and have a great conversation. Yeah, Slavic women are incredible looks-wise, but their personalities are an acquired taste I suppose. Western women actually like to be gregarious and can be quite fun to be around. Never met a Slavic woman that even seemed the least bit fun. Even though they can be still be quite polite.

To each his own though.

I think you have to go more micro when doing this analysis.

Not all FSU girls are Slavic.

But if I were to generalize, I think the guys who fall head over heels for non-Slavic FSU girls (say, Baltic girls for example) are natural introverts, intellectuals, artists, nerds, and guys who generally never really felt like they completely belonged in the mainstream back home.

For example, I've rarely seen frat boys from the US or Australia do very well, or feel very comfortable, in these parts. Or take a look at Roosh himself: a guy who learned game later on in life, a scientist by training, and of Arab/Persian descent, likely always feeling a bit apart from the white-black mainstream dichotomy back in the US.

Continuing with a focus on Baltic women, in my experience, they tend to naturally be introverted -- with the Estonians being most introverted, followed by the Latvians, followed by the Lithuanians.

They'll all of course let loose with alcohol and obviously have emotions like everyone else. And the women will differ markedly depending on what kind of social tribe they belong to.

But they generally don't feel comfortable expressing themselves so openly, all the time, like Americans tend to do.

These women express themselves in more subtle ways -- at least the ones I've dated have. I like this. I find it feminine, classy, and enjoyable that a date doesn't have to be a laugh fest at the Improv Comedy Club.

In fact, they're more like East Asian women in many ways. Which is fine by me, since I personally find American, Australian, and English women to be obnoxious and complete turn-offs.

Ukraine is particular about which types of guys get a good reception there. Luckily for me, I get a very good vibe and I connect just fine with girls in Ukraine. People keep talking about how cold Ukrainian girls are, and I dont dispute that, but my Ukrainian girlfriend is very affectionate...not in the same way as a latina girl but still we have a very strong connection. Each country treats each person differently. I think I get a nice reception in Ukraine because I look like a Ukrainian guy. Some of the Ukrainian guys doing well in Ukraine are clean-cut, tall, thin, blondish features, not super masculine looking...like a pretty boy. These guy shave their armpits and carry man-purses, but they act masculine.

Ukraine is good to me but in India, I get a very strange vibe from girls. If you are getting a bad vibe from girl-after-girl for a particular country, it might be time to move on to another country. If you dont get a good vibe in Ukraine, maybe try Serbia.

It's nice being able to go on a date with a girl without having to deliver cocky funny one-liners one after another like I'm James Bond in a romantic comedy film.

But then again, after a few dates in more conservative areas of East/Southeast Asia, I do miss the sarcastic, ironic banter with American girls.

The awkward silences with more introverted foreign girls on dinner dates are unpleasant, but you aren't as heavily punished for awkward silences there as you would be with an American girl.

This is why I will do dinner dates when I'm abroad, but only drinks with American girls.

The grass is always greener.

Do you mind elaborating on the subtle ways EE girls express themselves? I'm not familiar with them... yet.

Time after time I've had russian girls complain that they can not seem to connect with an american guy as far as dating is concerned (that would be my cue that I am about to get some)

the reason they say that would be that the type of American guy they like is the type every girl likes. which is the ones with game. As for how to do it.. I game without getting visible signals of interest. But when I make a move she complies and that's my cue.

We chat. She doesn't show she's attracted. I do my thing. I trust that what I do is right. I stay chill. I don't push or rush. I play with how much I give her so she experiences contrasting feelings about me [does he like me? did I do something wrong? but damn he almost kissed me..]. The curiosity is planted. She gets a bit confused about me and that's exactly where I want her to be, that invisible anticipation keeps the interaction fresh and exciting. So she's not visibly into me but not indifferent either. On the surface it's kind of flat/neutral. First of all slavic women are humble and aware of their insignificancy which does not happen a lot among westerners.In the West everyone tries to be competitive as much as possible trying to compensate for other lacks.Not so in the East.So the westerner attitude to be noisy,lively and constantly on foreground can strike as annoying and superficial to slavic women.
In places like Russia,Ukraine all game is run by women so there is no need to be cocky and funny etc.The girl makes the jokes the guy is on the receiving end.Also silence is important because it allows the slavic soul to deepen in itself.Anyway one does not have to talk all the time since this can be boring for the girl.As good behaviour towards man Russian girls learn to talk less.

This is a contrast to polish girls attitude who although slavic tend to talk a lot often more than enough.This stems from inherent belief that they are smoot talkers and can make the guy sympathetic towards them in this way.Balkan attitude is confined to essentials.Here we talk about 50% of what we mean and we let the other part imagine the rest.

Yeah, as much as I love traveling, I actually feel more at home in certain American cities. I hate to say that, but it's true.

This is a good post because of your honesty about the cultural aspect. Finding a Poosy Paradise ( I'm happy everyone is spelling it correctly lately) is partly dependent on macro factors-- the national income can't be too high usually--but also personality fit factors.

I'll be in Poland soon, it's like a relief to get out of loud, aggressive, winner-takes-all-America even though I can't speak the language. I don't want to be ungrateful, I wouldn't have enough money to hang around in EE months at a time if it wasn't for the industriousness of America, but I don't fit in here.

Yeah, the more I think about it, my Game is very "American" in nature.

I do well in America, I don't really jump in on all the "America is difficult" threads.

My Game was honed on the beaches of Southern California, The Del Mar Racetrack and Hollywood.

My Game was perfected in the Casinos and Clubs of Las Vegas.

Two things I do differently perhaps with these types that seem to work:

-I'm very dominate, not too joking/smiley. I give short answers, crank up the mystery element of my life and generally act very unaffected by their looks.

-I SELL THEM THE DREAM. This may seem a little shitty but they're the gold diggers so fuck em. I've always gamed these types suited up and at clubs which I have on lock. These types seem to not be turned on by my LOOKS, but the LIFE they believe I can give them.

I'm glad you see how great Latina women can be lol. If I had a choice between a Russian 9 and a Latina 7.5 and had to take a roadtrip with one or the other I would ALWAYS choose the latina. The Latina will contribute and suck my cock while I'm driving and the Russian will bitch that my Lexus isn't a 2013. They are beautiful women but I don't believe worth the effort.

I have exactly the same opinion about German women (i know they are not EE). I cant relate to german women at all, i think they are extremely boring, no personality, no sense of humour, i just cant vibe with them.

I remember few years ago when i was still on CS, i had these two girls in my place and me and my friend were trying to close the deal. The hottest one (she was really hot, one of these white girls with a latina girl body) was acting like she was annoyed about something, my home boy was trying to tell me that this is how german girls behave and i was like fuck that. If this is how they behave, then she should have gotten another place to stay, i just cant socialise with this bitch. I made them feel so uncomfortable that they had to leave the next morning.

However i find polish girls to be more social, at least the ones i have met in London and they tend to have stronger personalities. I agree that many of them are nerds and shit but the new generation has a cooler vibe. The few romanian girls i have come across were also cool chicks. Some of the ukranian chicks too, although some of them can be quiet weird. You ever been in one of those countries? Your opinion may change if you visit these countries. Trust me, i am known as a guy who dislikes nerd/beta chicks and i dont think EE girls are the worst in this case. Try german chicks and let me know.

I've had some great conversations & dance activity with Hungarian women in the past. I still have a hard time clicking & getting a good feel for them however. I'm confident in my abilities to pull if living there for an extended period, but the ONS with them is a bit tougher in a short trip.

As for Serbian women, I find myself in the friend zone with them big time.

Czechs and and Poles I have an easier time with. Czech women can be quite rude, blunt, and stoic at first but they eventually open up with the confident nice guy approach after they get to know you. Polish chicks are just really down period.

I don't know if you read my hack to find these girls local right off the boat but I was messing with them for a few months Russian, Ukrainian and Latvian and quit them for that reason. Hanging with them left me with a cold and bored blah after taste. No thanks, no more and I'm not going to visit. I'll go back to Norway and pay $100 for a drink and pack of smokes before I'll deal with those cunts.

The deal with Russian/Ukrainian women is personality wise you will not be entertained by them.
yes they are materialistic, but as my wife puts it they are playing catch up for the decades of shit they missed, LOL.
However, they make great wives and serious girlfriends if you get a good one. In fact that's what they excel at.
When I was an expat in Kiev , a decade ago, it was much easier than now but still was not easy. The personality was just as materialistic as now and the extracting what they can from foreigners was in full effect. Also expect to be dined before putting out.
I think this is one of the main reasons expats always hook up and stop playing the field. It ends up frustrating playing the field in FSU. First you got to find them. Then wine and dine them hoping they will eventually put out and that she is not scamming you. The dating life is like dating a STEPFORD WIfe. Like talking to a 5 year old robot. It seems to only get better if you actually in a LTR with them. It cannot be a coincidence that both Duke and Roosh decided to keep and hold on to one.

10 years ago from what I saw Italians and other masculine dark featured guys were top in Ukraine. However, posters claim now its otherwise. What might have happened is the type of Italians that come now often are sex tourists who have a bad reputation and are also not the GQ type. FSU girls might be lumping all the tan skin guys together. However, I have no doubt that women over 30 still love this type of guy. Those women were raised during the soviet union and a masculine dark featured guy was what they likes. Georgians were the Don Juan's during that period.All the pop stars, sex symbols , and famous guys are still fitting this type in Russia and Ukrainians also watch those programs. They usually look like Georgians. Unless the media is only catering to the 30 and over crowd something is amiss.

I feel you man, I’m not too patient person at all, I’m told very often that I’m energetic high tempered guy. But all my best results came from respecting the time factor. Besides, I’m very attracted to the girls I focus on so I really enjoy spending time with them and don’t want to pump asap and dump asap.

My way is quite universal and applicable anywhere [nightclubs/dates/social circle/work/school/family bbq] and good for any country [except for California/Nevada girls, those probably need more dickhead attitude to drop that hardcore wall of bitchiness].

The format is stupidly simple. Talk to the girl/whole group using positive/negative expressions. Endure silly reactions/provocations, stay neutral [not defensive, not offensive]. Get physically comfortable in each others space and don't escalate more in public. Escalate hard and pull the trigger in privacy. All of that + time = intimacy.

In a nightclub..

I approach the whole group in a friendly manner with lighthearted easygoing vibe. I embrace that initial cold shoulder and frame it as funny/cool/silly/original/etc. I give every girl the same amount of attention at first. It looks like we already know each other. I add subtle physicality right off the bat while I’m talking [like hand on shoulder] just to get them familiar with me. As we’re interacting I ask boring questions to figure out logistics [I decide now whether to stay with them or leave]. We talk shit, have fun, play stupid games, I compliment them, I call them out, it’s never ending positive/negative [nothing over the top, rather within “it’s appropriate” bracket]. It comes off natural when you have a good time. I escalate a bit more just to get the girl I like physically comfortable with me. I still flirt and pay attention to her friends. She gets familiar and comfortable standing very close to me, dancing with me, sitting in my lap, etc. Occasionally I do few bold/impressive moves [subtle kiss/pick her up/slap her ass/etc] just to show her that I can, but for the most part I stay at comfort level. I kill time with them, I purposefully don’t move the interaction forward cause there’s no need to. I leave the venue with her friends at the end of the night so I go with the girl to her place when they split . Or her friends leave us completely alone in the venue so we can leave together later.

In the meantime I might leave them and come back later even a couple of times during the whole night.

If it's dancefloor I like to dance solo for 2-5 minutes having a blast and then include invite chicks. It's cool to watch how girls get closer to you when they see you have more true fun on your own without needing anyone. They move towards you, they're already opened [without actual approaching, freaking magic].

With random single chicks at smoking area etc it's as simple as "ha! that shit will kill you.. don't worry I will survive.. until life will kill me.. shit, i guess we're on the same path.. but we don't even know each other, it can't be like that! what's your name? [cold shoulder] what's wrong, language barrier? it's fine, you're right we don't have to talk.. you can listen as I unleash my awesomeness on you.. haha.." talk shit, bring her to her friends.

Very similar. I stay chill, don't push or rush, have a good time, fuck around, appreciate AND tease, keep the physicality at "being comfortable in each other space" level and only from time to time use bold expressions like verbal ones.. "you're so cute i'm so cool our kids will be awesome let's go make them some now" or physical ones.. kiss, neck kiss, picking her up, dancing and groping each other, etc. But the whole interaction in general has the "unanswered question" vibe.

So because I play with how much I give her, the girl gets confused and she's not sure what to expect. The curiosity is planted. She experiences contrasting feelings about me [does he like me? did I do something wrong? but he almost kissed me..] and that's exactly where I want her to be. That's her whole fun, to keep on figuring the guy out, to keep on guessing what's next.

So comfort is there due to time spent together. And tension is more like anticipation. It's like watching a movie with a lot of twists in the plot which makes it exciting to keep watching to the very end since you have no idea how it will end. Besides I'm patient to do all that stuff cause I hang out with girls I'm very attracted to that I want to see again. So I enjoy all that mating dance cause, damn, having tall beautiful graceful stylish girl next to you is very pleasurable.

+ I don't fight fire with fire, I embrace girls' the skepticism/standoffishness with chill calm vibe, I say "it's ok, it's fine, you can hate me, don't worry you're not THAT bitchy after all" [positive and negative expression again]
+ I don't molest/grope/escalate much or kiss passionately in public, if it gets hot I usually say "not here".
+ I don't steal girls from the group to finger/fuck her in the dark corner, I leave with them at the end of the night.
+ I don't do anything over the top/impressive/flashy so I'm not labelled as player. That's why the method is good in every social situation.
+ In general my interactions look rather unimpressive, everything happens between the verses.

At least that's what I do. Works better at attractive girls.

The Ukrainian girl I swooped, denied me everytime I tried to kiss her in public.

I think I have just been approaching these girls all wrong.

Like I said, my Game is very "American Big City" style, which it turns out is the complete opposite of what you need to be doing with these girls.

I am a serious guy in my late 40's. Fairly reserved and introverted. Fit, 6' tall, athletic, white. Dress well. I speak minimal Russian.
