This dude's actions harm us all. Add another data point to a woman making an abysmal choice and then getting bailed out by a thirsty dude. It's like Bank of America. What incentive does the female race have to get its books straightened out?

He probably think's he's being being 'chivalrous' and showing 'courage'. Of course both terms have been bastardised in the modern age and mean nothing. Chivalry and courage only exists between men, just the same as how 'shaming' has been used on men. All of these apply to war and the bastardisation of these just show how fucking weak the human race is becoming especially in western society.

What if he is sacrificing himself for the child, not the woman? Admittedly, the odds are slim, but it's a possibility that what he saw here was a woman that he could 'tolerate' and a child who, without a father figure around, is destined to be a total fuckup down the road. It's possible that he stepped up for the sake of the kid, not for the woman. I couldn't do it myself either, I'm nowhere near that good a person, but I'm sure there are some people that really are that devoted to trying to make the world a better place. (Mind you, that devotion is selfish and only serves to make themselves feel better and save a spot in the place they call heaven, but still...)

It's not always possible to know the entire story from one picture and a statement on the net.

At this point, it's too early to tell. There is a good chance she's een using the pregnancy as an excuse and he hasn't even hit it yet. Given the sorry state of our laws, she may want to raise her child with the help of an indentured servant. Throw him a wedding night pity fuck, a series of endless excuses then divorce. She going to get custody, she'll automaticly get the house. If he adopts, she can even wack him for Child Support.

I won't raise another man's kid either. Hell, I don't want kids myself because they are too much of a responsibility, let alone someone elses. On the other hand, this is a commendable thing for someone to do and the world needs these types of guys, because these kids need parents.

I have a feeling I am going to catch flack for this but here goes... LOL

On one hand, a lot of you guys are very disparaging of guys like this. That you look down on these types is no surprise.
The thing is, there also seems to be an undercurrent of contempt and downright anger - as if you see these guys as 'ruining women' and somehow turning women into bitches that eventually expect all men to become pussified lumps of sexless shit.

On the other hand, this entire forum is about being the exact opposite of this guy because that's what women find attractive.

This strikes me as inconsistent. If being like him is the way NOT to get laid and being the polar opposite is the magic formula to pussy paradise, then the more guys like this there are, the more it should help real men getting laid. I can understand the lack of respect for manginas like him, but I can't comprehend the contemptuous attitude with overtones of them ruining the women.

So what is it? Are more guys like this making it harder for men to get laid or are they making it easier? If they are making it easier (less competition), then be happy. If they are making it harder (cuz it's what women demand and want), then being alpha wouldn't work.

A man would have a much harder time doing this with a boy. Boys require a lot more investment than girls, socially and financially. Step daughters are more tolerable because their looks are their power and that was established at birth. Can you imagine teaching someone else's seed how to be a man? Really, what would be your incentive there?

@Immoral Psychology: The fact that men gathered here are successfully adapting to the new reality of the sexual market doesn't mean that it's a good thing in general. There is no inconsistency here. Or in other words: what's good for an individual player is not good for civilization.

Yes, it's called "The Stadium Dilemna". Any one guy can stand up in the stadium to get a better view. But if EVERYONE does it, nobody improves thier view, but everyone is more uncomfortable.

The thing is, I have sympathy for this dude. Society has taught him what he's doing is noble and selfless.

Society is wrong.

But it's unreasonable to expect most decent guys to become aware enough to reject social norms. He'd be a good man in a decent society. In an indecent one... I'm afraid he's a chump.

Once upon a time, I thought it was noble to "save a hoe"....but back than I was omega to beta.......raise on feminist agenda.

Since awakening from a beta coma at the hands of feminism...

I come to realize, no good deeds go un-punish.....especially when dealing with women in dating....

Its ashame that being a good person, is a bad thing in america...

To those who are selfish, will reap the rewards....
