There's roughly two types of upper and middle class Persians. There's the people who made money in business and they usually have some connections with either this regime or the Shah's. They really don't like brothers, and some of the most racist and brutal exchanges I have had with women have come at the fury of Persian women. Here's my take on Persian girls, at least in Southern California. Please note that I do not have very extensive experience going out with them because I don't like them that much, but I am exposed to their culture daily and know a few things.

There is a divide between Persian Jews and Persian Muslims.

Persian Jews: They almost exclusively live in Los Angeles, either in Beverly Hills or west, and up in the Valley. If you meet a Persian girl in LA, chances are she is Jewish. These Persian girls are hard to crack - they are very insular and usually only date other Persian Jewish guys. Reputation is everything to them so while there are some out there that actually will wait for marriage, I would venture to say a decent chunk of them will have sex after some dating. However don't expect any SNLs or even under 4 date sex. They care too much about what others think for this to happen. That said, you may have a better chance if you are not Persian because they may not be worried about it getting back to them. Literally almost every Persian Jew knows the other ones.

Also these girls are pretty traditional. They like car doors opened, dinner dates, you picking them up, etc. A lot of them live at home with their parents, a lot. They tend to hang out in large groups of themselves, go out to house parties and bars and clubs, etc. They are very anti-feminist, fear leaving the house without looking great, very feminine. They are materialistic - they care what you drive, about brand labels, fancy bars/dinners, etc.

I would just add a few things: 1) Persian girls respond a bit more to guys who are in control/dominant, and especially ready to call them out on bad behavior, 2) They falsely call virgin status more than any other ethnicity I have seen, when you are trying to escalate.
