Thanks for the tips crew, here is an update:

She flaked last weekend but I ended up taking her out today. I called her bluff early on her being a Vrigin and not drinking. I pulled a nuclear move saying we should go to a strip club... she was down lol. Bought her a beer... she was down, she actually had more fun then me slapping asses and shit lol. Try Cabaret Tehran in Ventura Boulevard and Montek in Irvine. Also, there is a place called Factory in West Los Angeles, they used to do Persian nights, a couple of years ago, I donno if they still do it. I've been infiltrating the Persian scene lately and have come to a couple of conclusions.

Keep in mind my advice applies to Persian women in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles counties. I can't speak for those in other cities, or Iran itself.

1 - Go for Persian girls 25 years old or older. The ones younger than 25 are still very brainwashed by strict upbringing, extremely fickle, play games, very hormonal, judgmental, snobby, very immature ( Slubu mentioned they have arrested development and I agree). It's just not worth the hassle. Plus they still look good at 25-35 so it works out.

At 25 or so they grow out of their brainwashing and many of them try to make up for lost time. If they are 30 and still not married then they absolutely stop giving a fuck about reputation / shame, and go completely YOLO with the traveling, partying, slutting around.

2 - A big obstacle I had at first is sometimes the Persian events and scenes can be intimidating - you got all these girls completely done up, everyone is a doctor/lawyer/engineer/entrepeneur, nice luxury cars parked outside, guys are aggressive and well-dressed, everyone seems wealthy and balling out, people make judgmental comments a lot.

For someone like me coming from a lower-class background it was intimidating. But now I see through it. Most of the girls are hot in a very fake, high-maintenance way (tons of makeup and surgery). A lot of the flash and wealth is just new money from mortgage schemes, not built on a solid foundation. And a lot of the time they are not even rich, but good at pretending and making appearances. The girls are book smart and have good degrees, but often lack common sense so it is easy to sound smart around them.

Basically what I'm trying to say is: don't let the pomp and glitter fool you. They are just like anyone else, but try to present themselves as above all.

I have never been to a "Persian" venue to meet Persian women. If I see a Persian woman who I find attractive here in California I generally approach them. I met one two nights ago at a bar, actually.

Maybe I should look into one of those Persian clubs.
My favorite things about Persian women (I've dated/banged maybe 10 or so):

1- They are willing to party pretty hard. This is a double-edged sword because they spend a lot of money. I've been lucky that the ones I dated had money so they often spent their own or went half with me.

6- the superficiality. The ones I've dated will only show up to a date looking a pretty as possible. And they all worked out, enhancing their bodies even though they mostly all 25+. She had a beautiful ass as well. Of course this is also a double edged sword because this kind of plays into their cultural desire to have a good reputation. I think their superficiality makes them like men's bodies.

7- Sexual repression. They really seem to unleash when they fuck someone. The ones I have dated have been really good in bed. Maybe I am getting some outliers because I am not Persian. The ones I have dated got off majorly. No problem having multiple orgasms, no "I don't do that", etc. The last one I was with soaked through two of my comforters. Having dated a lot of Persian girls in my home country and traveled to Iran before, everything above is accurate.
