There are many post on this topic but I feel it needs to be posted up ever so often because it's that important. Getting girls are all about two things: motivation and skill. Game, the information on here, can give you the skills. What it cannot do is give you the motivation to put in the work. And as long as you are jacking off on a regular basis you won't find the motivation to put in the work and close the deal. Now I know it's not easy to stop if you having been doing it a long time but her are two tips:

1. Reduce it to about once or twice a week. And then only do it one time. Don't jerk off multiple times in a day.

2. Sometimes it can help to jerk it a bit as long as you don't blow a load. For some it may make it harder for others it may help.

The other thing to use is distraction. If you are busy doing shit all the time you won't be thinking so much about jacking off. So try to keep busy. And oh, stop watching porn and start fantasizing about girls you know that you want to fuck.

You can have the best game in town but without the motivation it means nothing and there is no greater motivation killer than jacking off.

PS Actually, it pretty much takes away all of your motivation to get anything done. And it also a major problem with younger guys. I met this young guy (20) that let me fuck his girlfriend because he just didn't care. Right in front of him she would constantly accuse him of preferring to watch porn rather than doing her and he never denied it.

This is becoming such a big problem that I wanted you to see the girl he preferred watching porn instead of banging!

I just spent two months without fapping, and I must say I do not like the effects.


I was receiving regular sex starting in September, and during this time I simply lost the motivation to masturbate. I was banging 1-2 times per week for 6 weeks straight, hit a 1 week dry spell then banged another girl on Halloween.

I think this is true also from my personal experience. That's why I believe once or twice a week is good - like keeping yourself in shape. Too much is bad because it kills your motivation but the porn can also mess up your ability to get excited about a regular woman...

I know there are threads on it but I think very few guys look for stuff. So the most important things needs to be reposted every now and then.

But where your coming from is the right place. We all want to have an edge, we want to truly fuck the women and be able to approach without hesitating. Thing is you don't have to go long for that energy to build up. You will however take ages if you don't allow your body to become accustomed to it and the damage it can cause has been displayed by Roosh in many of his posts.

What you might find your problem is you live in the anglosphere and you have a preference for exotic women. I have this problem, in a way it is a strength because it does not take me long to approach the girls i want but there just isn't enough of them.

Finding girls that you are attracted to is a different issue BUT if you do see a girl that you ARE attracted to and don't approach then you've got a problem. The primary reason I posted this thread is because I feel this is really becoming a problem with younger guys as I said in it. Your sex drive is more than just about the need to release cum from your balls after a build up. Which is the only area anti-fappers seem to focus on.

1. You have your refractory period. (the amount of time it takes you to get hard again after blowing your load) Anti-fappers generally have terrible ones due to never testing the boundries of theirs. I think it should also be related your innate sex drive. If you have a naturally high sex drive then maybe you could get away with fapping every day. Everyone has to seek a balance where they are still highly motivated to go out but not on edge because they are so wired up. I am not advocating not jerking at all. Just reducing it to a point that it's not affecting your relationship and sex with women. For me that means no more than about once or twice a week and staying away from porn. Learning to jerk using real women you have met or seen.

I think you should find Out what Works best for you Masturbating to much didn't work for me aswell as Watching Porn it did me more Harm than good.

Not Masturbating or somethimes just forgetting it made me go Out meet Girls and more importantly escalate.

I was more Sexual aggressive that way and before I was funny but more in the male friend category at least after not escalating at all and having fear to do to what i wanted to do.

We learn by repetition, at least that's how I learn. We need to hear the important points over and over again because sometimes we just forget. Now maybe you already have everything locked down and won't have anything to gain from this thread but I and a lot of others like me don't. Even with the information in Roosh's books it's not enough to read them just once. You have to read them a couple of times and even after that re-read them every few months. That was one of the main points of this post.

This is so true.

I gave up beating off for the No Fap challenge group for 27 days. After the first week I was approaching like crazy. I even took time off work to go out more. I collected something like 60 numbers and banged 2 new girls during that time.

I only lasted 4 weeks and now I'm back to masturbating regularly and my motivation is nowhere near as high. I have a girl I'm banging regularly and I feel so passive when I see hot girls now. I really need to cut back.

That's exactly what happend to me, I was out there in the best clubs 70% females no competition Girls where bautiful and I was just so unitrested in them it was just painful and frustrating I didn't understand why they are not helping me get horny.

Actually, banging a girl and masturbating creates two very different results with women. When you bang a girl other women can sense you have been with a girl and while you may not be that motivated to pull this works in your favor. When you jerk off it creates a different vibe with women, it's like they somehow can sense this.

So while fapping not only lowers your motivation to approach it also acts against you when you do approach. The ONLY exception I would make to this is IF you get very high strung and nervous, which can happen when you stop fapping completely. Everyone is different. You may not need to do this and that's great for you. For others, like me, it's a critical factor in my motivation to approach and even more important to close. I didn't read any studies on post orgasmic states, I am just speaking from personal experience.

It's got nothing to do with masturbation. Your will is weak. Instead of not jerking off because you are afraid it's going zap your game's potency, you should stop running away from the boogie man, and confront him head-on.
