So I met this girl earlier today at a cafe. Pulled a bit of roosh's day game stuff on her, innocent little chat turned into a longer conversation, got some good DHV in there, then tell her I have to get back to work and get her phone number.

She is only in town for a day and is leaving tomorrow morning at 9am to wherever-the-fuck (L.A. i think).

I would usually text her to meet me at a bar if I was in Canada, but I can't do that in the U.S. since I am 20. Additionally, I recently moved here, and I have a roommate who is this Indian FoB (sorry to be racial, but basically, he won't be cool with going somewhere else if i invite this chic over).

I need logistical help. Where should I take her on a date? Would a coffee shop work fine, or do I need an alcohol related activity to have a chance to fuck her tonight?

Yo check out my day date bang recipe. Take her to somewhere cool (milkshakes at a cool diner, food truck) walk her around and do something else. Eventually make your way back to your place for a movie or a specialty drink. If you're by the beach take that bitch to see the sunset.

beach would be my first, automatic reply. If there isn't a beach nearby, I'd try to find a way to alcohol in her system. so bar.
