Ok its 8:45 now and I took 6 250mg primaforce phenibut capsules.I have a buzz but its not strong.My face feels a little warm.I just drank two shots of whiskey and took a puff of some strong weed and feel better.My cousin took 10 250s and has drank 3/4s of a 750ml bottle of canadian mist and smoked some weed also.The only thing hes experincing that I could see different is he's itchy and has'nt left to get crack which he normally does after he has a few drinks.I will take more tommorow and see if theres a difference.This stuff is not going to kick your ass and its no replacement for drinking.I also gave some to a 60 year old lady(customer)she read the bottle and took 6 of them also.The bottle says "sense of well being" on it and she was into that, so I will ask her how that went in the am..

What a letdown I was hoping the reviews would be positive. I'm not a huge drinker but it kills me knowing the nights I decide to let fly I'm taking on all these extra cals. I haven't had ghb in ages, used to be so accessible but it's back underground and you have to dig for it a little bit, pain in the ass...

I spend way too much money going out and I ingest way too many calories per week (especially since I have a strong preference for dark beer). My resolution of sorts was to remedy this.

I'm about half way through a bottle of Phenibut, and I must say I'm realizing it does work for me for anti-anxiety. Despite warnings to the contrary I have always taken it while drinking. I just realized now, after taking 9 caps of 300 mg before New Years, that it definitely helped me have a good night (And also recalling that other nights I had taken it, they were all terrific nights).

I'm 27 and started to come to terms with my social anxiety. I'm very on and off. I'm not a quiet person, and I don't have any extreme anxiety (I've read stories of people scared to leave the house) but I definitely have social anxiety. It's basically a strong sense of self awareness. I have high confidence, but paradoxically, I constantly wonder what others are thinking whether this is good or bad.

If you were like me, you went to a large college and were basically drunk for almost 4-5 years. Perhaps I've never truly learned how to interact with others without being tipsy.

I've had an epiphany that basically the calories and money have been a waste over the years. Its sad to think of the money I've spent, DC isn't cheap.

I'd like to learn to socialize without alcohol. I think Phenibut might help me greatly. It's amazing what some of these cheap supplements can do. The reason research is so seldom (despite all the anecdotal evidence) is there is no profit in finding out how useful a cheap OTC drug is.

Does anybody else have anything to say about Phenibut? I have found I have to take 2-3g to really feel the effects, per the advice of various online forums. Tolerance develops quickly and I'm going for 2 or 3 days a week only to combat this.

I tried phenibut in the past with mostly positive effects, though I never used it with much alcohol or more than once a week for fear of downregulating gaba receptors. It has a pretty long half life if I remember right. It was a very subtle effect that I couldnt always notice at the time, but it was definitely there and for me was a good alternative to a couple of drinks. I used to need to be shit faced when I went out, but gradually it has changed so that now more than a couple of drinks and I feel my game is off. Though I havent used any phenibut for a couple of years now. I dont know if its been a lot of traveling or just getting more experienced but my give a fuck has been worn down to where now Im definitely more relaxed in social situations.

i am a bit the same. i have used SMALL doages of lorazepam on occasions which has helped. but if u take too much it will make u sleepy.

Try valerian root... Has similar effects to benzo's but its much milder, and LEGAL!!!! I would say its a 25% of valium effect and goes well with a few drinks.

I forgot about this thread but I do GHB now instead of drinking when I can help it. It definitely works for me when I do it. I feel fine the next day. No hangover and can train hard.

It's addictive. It's easy to OD on. It's fun and makes you horny and makes girls horny and is a social disinhibitor. You don't get hangovers from it, and it helps with recovery from a workout.

But there is evidence that it causes cognitive decline.

I have a bottle of the stuff in my closet that I haven't touched in two years.

There's this shit called Ex-Tenze, it's basically dick pills, but it has some kind of herb in it called yohimbe. I wouldn't recommend trying it more than once. It doesn't actually increase the size of your tool but it will turn you into an unstoppable walking hardon for about five to eight hours. I popped a couple once before a party and ended up drinking pretty heavily, and had some kind of arrhythmia. I wouldn't try it if you have a heart condition. It just feels like a low-grade continual stream of adrenaline.

_DC_, chemicals are a slippery slope to combating anxiety. You tried booze once, and it didn't work, yeah? So I will quietly self promote my blog and you should buy a book on resistance training to help kill your general anxiety.

G was VERY good at exactly what Fisto wants. We used it a lot back in it's (legal) days, it was a phenomenal alcohol substitute. You've got to be careful to pre-measure and time your doses, you can't just drink when you feel like a drink, you'll fuck yourself up bad.

A typical G night - drive to the club, dose in the car, be fabulously "drunk" for a few hours, then suddenly sober for the ride home. Dose again for bedtime, pass out after fabulous drunk, wake up early the next morrning ready to work out with the most amazing energy/feel-good feeling. It was kind of a "reverse hangover".

The other major risk - the worst beer-google effect of anything you'll ever encounter. You will sleep with ANYTHING on this stuff.

Love GBL as an alternative to alcohol. No hangover. Does give me problems with getting to sleep but a small dose of benzo alleviates that. Also, I'm don't become an angry asshole on GBL like I do when I get drunk

Both its pro and con is its short halflife. You want it to last longer and have to redose often. This is good because there's no hangover and you can 'sober' up in 30 minutes after a dose, it's bad cause I'd be popping GBL caps in the club and you have to hide it in your underwear then pop them like you're poppin in a piece of chewing gum to avoid detection LOL!!!!

But having no hangover is great. The increase in GH is a plus too.

Tip: put them in gelatin capsules. They wont dissolve the gelatin unless you keep them in it for a week or so. Just get an eyedropper. Approx .9g GBL fits in an 000 cap.

I don't get 'beer goggles' like Fisto gets. I do get horny from GBL but only for attractive girls

Warning: it can be addictive and you'll want to dose all fucking day long. This isn't good. Baclofen can be useful for tapering the major withdrawal symptoms if you do get to this point.

Have any of you tried kava? It's a great legal alternative to drinking. It is a strong drink made from kava root widely consumed in Polynesia. It has a very strong earthy flavor and numbs your mouth slightly when you drink it. It makes you feel VERY relaxed without making you feel fucked up. It also makes you feel really elated. You may need to drink it a few times before you experience the effects. But the more you drink it the more effective it is.

If you're interested in trying it you can get it in most health food stores for cheap. I have seen dried kava root powder and capsules. In my experience taking capsules isn't as effective as making your own drink with the powder. Traditionally kava root powder is wrapped in cheesecloth, submerge it in water, and massage it to release the active ingredients (kavalactones). You can also cold brew it like any other tea in a jar over night. I also like to mix it with coconut milk or coconut water. I'd highly recommend it

Just fill 2 piece gelatin capsules with GBL. For me, an effective GBL dose is about 1.5 - 2ml every 1-1.5hrs. Since the specific gravity of GBL is 1.12, this means that my effective dosage is 1.7 - 2.4g. Each 000 capsule holds about 0.8-0.9g, so I generally pop 2 every hour or hour-and-a-half.

Use an eyedropper to fill the larger half and place the top over it.

If you're using GHB instead of GBL, it's less potent. GHB on the street will often be in various dilutions so you have to find the correct dosage for you. It will invariably require more caps though.

The nice thing about caps besides their portability is you don't get that nasty taste from the GBL.

Also, I learned the hard way that if a girl asks you why you are drinking water instead of beer, NEVER NEVER go "eh, I bombed some GHB earlier instead." hahahahaha, don't tell em you take G at all. LOL.

Also, the best alternative for drinking is probably mdma. Wow, what great vibes you get from that! Everything seems wonderful and you're full of optimism. You shouldn't really do that more than once every 2-3 weeks though And there is a bit of a hangover. Although G will greatly negate the FX of the hangover over the next couple days as long as you don't keep taking it 24/7.

Phenibut is crap compared to G. The withdrawals are worse on Phenibut, and more importantly the half-life of phenibut is just too f'n long. It also doesn't have the same extent of increased sociability or euphoria.
