You can stay here if you like Tiki bars

There's a trail that goes through the whole county so rent bikes in Dunedin

This is the white trash bar on Dunedin causeway...Strong drinks and barfights my favorite place down there

Hey Vicious,

If you like cool and interesting micro breweries, walk a few blocks up Bayshore towards downtown and stop in the 7th Sun Brewery. Its a tiny little brew pub owned by a young couple. He started out brewing for one of the big breweries in town and now has his own place.

The Orange Graffiti is my favorite, but they have many other choices on the darker, more robust end of the spectrum.

FYI, that little mom and pop hotel right across from BESO is lovely and about 1/3 the price. And you can walk right across the street to the Tiki bar.

I don't mind the rates actually, I'm blowing more every night at the 4S in FLL than I'm doing on my entire stay in Tampa. But I'm a sucker for smaller charming places with personality. Do you know the name? Can't find it my map searching in google.

The name of the one right across from Beso is Bayshore Apartments, 1405 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin. The place is spotless, beautifully landscaped and there is covered parking for each unit. Even though the name implies apartments, she will do weekly rentals and even daily, depending on the season, vacancy, etc.

The decor is old school, straight out of the 60s, but well maintained.

Combining this with some Oktoberfest in Cape Coral and a stay at the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale (though I'm considering the W as well).

How's St Pete's beach in clearwater though? Checking some forums people claim it's better than Clearwater beach but I'd trust the people here over the gen pop.

I prefer Clearwater beach. I did have a good time at St Pete' beach this past Memorial Day Weekend though. I heard the best beach in Florida is in Siesta beach in Sarasota. It is about an hour from where I am at.

Having been to all the places mentioned above, I agree with ClearwaterBeach for most targets avauilable per squre foot .....

Siesta Key Beach only for tranquil beach time Smile

@GManifesto Funny but in reality that's about what a typical clown here is like. The competition.

Ha.

El Mech, I was just playing.

You have me sold on Clearwater beach. At least for a long weekend.

What are your thoughts on hitting that place with Custom Suits, or at least some fresh Sport Coats and Slacks?

Way too over the top?

Would people think that I own the entire beach?

What would be the best angle?

How do people usually dress out at night there?

Are guys usually in T-shirts and Jorts?

Is this how guys rock it there:

The problem is that there's probably only a few girls at high end spots like this..
http://www.bobheilmans.com/photos.html
It's more of a place you hop on a golf cart and bar hop in shorts kinda deal but there's a neighborhood there called "Island estates" that's full of millionaires and there's a couple restaurants to troll but at night the best bet would be the club on top of Sheppards for some suited down action. They do have a dress code. It's fucking hot here in the summer.

That Bob Heilman's place looks on point.

I would set up shop there for sure.

Are there plenty of cabs there?

Also, when I go it would probably be winter. ie Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb.

Thoughts on that time of year?

I am heading down this way for a week around christmas. The Post Card Inn looks pretty good.

Would you guys recommend PCI as a place to stay?

Also St Pete or Clearwater?

Clearwater beach beats St.pete for gaming purposes specifically during the Day time, Lots of night action available as well.....

Yet to find a place better then Hard Rock Casino in Tampa for 24/7 Day and Night Game ...

St. Pete girls are trashier and sluttier. Even the tourist girls from overseas are on the beaches in St. Pete but it's way bigger than Clearwater and more spread out. I don't go down there that much because of logistical problems but when I do I end up waking up at some random sluts house. Also I fight with the dudes down there a lot. They rub me the wrong way too often.

Give that PCI a try. I'll go there too and teach you how to piss everyone off while making girls want you at the same time. The place is kinda famous here for having a party vibe. On Clearwater beach it's all over the place. The little shitholes have groups of sluts loitering about and the big hotels have hotties roaming around. Take a look at Jimmies pier house 60 it has good logistics and a rooftop bar with a good ratio. You really can't lose down there these days.

Depends but those jolly trolls and buses go by it all day and tons of fast cabs down there. The cabs will 20 to 50 dollar you to death and a car is 25 dollars a day if you tell enterprise that your car is getting fixed at my place. I say if you drink all the time no car. If you want to do sober stuff get one.
