How small are we talking? if it's below 3inches I'll take the small guy with big package option. Saying that I think as a 6ft+ dude with a 3.5inch wang you'd have some body issues to overcome. Basically, yes. A couple of inches (I'm only 5'10") is worth it. The women who'd give me the hardest time for my height are the American ones, and we can find higher quality overseas anyway. No loss.
