You can be an Alpha and a politician. There are many examples of that but you can't swallow the red pill and be a mainline-mainstream politician. Politics is all blue pill, even "mavericks" like Ron Paul are still whores to the system. Someone like Ralph Nader, Gary Johnson, Ross Perrot would be Red pill politicians because they called out the mainline parties as bullshit but never can/have a legitimate chance of cracking the blue-pill dominated political spheres.

Why do you think Romney is a pussy, the guy has like 15 kids, all with the same woman who has probably never even so much as talked back to him. On top of that he made billions of dollars by "leveraged buyouts" and "corporate raiding" which sound alpha to me although I'm not really sure what they actually mean. However, when he talks, he kind of looks beta, he has this weird little smile he does after making a point.

Edit- I remember back during the Rpublican primary, there was a story about Newt Gingrich telling his wife that she needed to share him with other women.

The Guardian, the guys who released the Wikileaks files, are an illegitimate source, but the (unconvincing) state propaganda of a dead dictator is legit. The Gadaffi supporters (probably most who were coerced or paid to be at the rally) in those videos are in the thousands, not even near the millions. I can see the peripheries of the square where they're standing. If Gaddafi was a popular leader amongst his people, then NATO would have let him sort out the mess rather than spending billions on bombing him.

You ignored all the facts I put forth regarding Gadaffi's life and death. You're not arguing from a place of trying to better your understanding of Libya, Gaddafi, and Libyans. What you're doing is disrespectful, really, because you're just looking to preserve your ego. You're trying hard to play off this image of a sagely being with sublime wisdom of the affairs of the powerful, all the while still in touch with your hip-hop "street smarts."

You guys are busy raging about who is alpha without even defining what a redpill politician would be like.

Alpha in Roosh's book Bang:
- is a guy who does what he wants to do
- doesn't concern himself with rejection or social failure
- his needs, wants, feelings come before anyone else's
- not concerned with judgement, doesn't ask for permission
- actions stem from desire, not insecurity
- he doesn't qualify himself
- he doesn't make apologies
- he does things because it fits him, not because it helps him fit in
- he is in control of the situation
- he is willing to walk away

There isn't a definition of redpill man, but I'd say:
- Guy who cuts through all the cultural bullshit and creates a new reality for himself (kind of like Nietszche's Superman)

I think some good historical examples would be:
- Napoleon, who rampaged through Europe dismantling the hierarchy of European aristrocratic rule. Although ultimately he was defeated, European monarchy was never able to re-establish legal aristrocratic priviledge - from his time, both aristrocrat and peasant were equal in the eyes of the law.
- Garibaldi, who decided he was going to unite Italy come hell or high water
- Nelson Mandela, despite having his party in exile baying for white blood and despite having a white nationalist supremacist government to deal with, he told both sides to calm the fuck down and chill and pushed for a negotiated settlement rather than settlement through force. The guy singlehandedly set the rules for the transition of power, despite having rotted in a jailcell for 28 years.
- George Washington, who held an army together at Valley Forge through willpower alone

Can't think of any true modern examples, I think one of the reasons the world is lurching from crisis to crisis is that there our leaders are beta, always trying to please everyone

Train wreck of a thread, but on topic: loads of politicians are "red pill" in the sense that they are only in it for themselves and don't believe the BS they spout for a moment. Look at any long-standing US senator - take Arlen Spector or Teddy Kennedy, anyone you like. Corrupt to the core, sexually predatory (with women, men, boys etc according to taste) and sustained through networks of graft and payoffs. Combine the "red pill" with real power (which I'd say all of us on this forum lack) and you get some pathological behaviour. That's why it's called the Dark Triad.

Much as it's tempting to admire someone like Putin, when you know someone has ordered killings and so on, I draw the line. I just want a level of independence in my life and that means freedom from these kind of guys.
