What is a BBBJ? I think you should set up post in Montreal. I was in Ottawa last weekend on business and it's only 2 hours from Montreal so you can swing over for a day or so and swoop in the malls and maybe hit up a nightclub.

I heard Hull, Quebec, which is about 10 mins from Ottawa is supposed to be as easy as picking apples from a tree.

But use Montreal as your central base and you should be pleasantly compensated.

Amazing that someone else from Northern Ontario posted a Data sheet. Great work!

Thunder Bay is like a smaller, dirtier, more crime ridden Sudbury. Locals love out of town talent and are a mix of Italian and Finnish heritage so there's actually a lot of good looking girls and slutty too. I cannot recall a local from the time I lived there who did not have some sort of girl on girl/multiples story.
