I'm probably not telling you anything new. My friend is in Helsinki now. He says Finnish women are friendly and easy. They are also pretty liberated and straightforward. So if they like you then they will not expect you to buy dinner or act in a sexist role.

It's still too early to call but Finland feels a bit more like Iceland than Denmark. It's an interesting mix.

I almost blew the notch by being too "alpha" when I said I like girls with long hair, but I remembered the nodding strategy and it pulled through in the end.

Can you suggest good areas/streets/hotels/apartments to live? The more specific you can be the better.

Also, how expensive is it?

I know you haven't been on the ground very long, but can you see yourself living there/or is it lively enough to recommend? If not, why?

Strange that even though there were more girls out on the weekend, it was far easier to get laid on the weekdays.

On the weekend the girls were in larger groups and with guys they knew. It had more of an insider feel. Less pairs of girls. On Thursday night I pulled even though the bar was dead. Last night it was packed but I only got love from fatties.

Hey all

I'm on my first solo europe trip, and stumbled upon this forum, been a very useful resource for me. I was in Helsinki over the last few days (will post up about Krakow and Copenhagen as well when I get a chance), and have made a few observations.

1) Agreed that milli is a great venue for bar game as the music isn't deafening - was there at some point on most nights. Also, you need to start gaming early as I noticed once the guys get more drunk and more aggressive/physical, the bitch shield comes up markedly.

2) Went to Onnela club, huge venue. There's a rnb floor as well as an electro floor (but seems like the electro floor only opens on weekends). Unless you want to do dancefloor game, your best bet is either by the bar or at the seating sofas beside the dancefloor. I got my only flag in Helsinki opening a group of two girls bumping and grinding each other at the sofa area by themselves next to rnb floor. It was a swedish flag though, not a finnish one - but I'm definitely not complaining, as the girl was hot enough to be well entrenched in my top 15 alltime bangs list

3) Went to Vatican club, which actually was pretty good too, there are 4 rooms. The first room coming from entrance is brightly lit with a big bar, saw groups of girls dancing there. Second room is the rnb room with a pole in middle, bar on the side. There's like a small seating room next to this, but its groups of guys and girls so looked pretty cliquey. The last room in the back might actually be best place to pick up as it was the least packed, with a bar as well. I opened a cute finnish girl at the bar here and got pretty warm reception. However, she wasn't drinking at all and she was with a guy and a girlfriend, so I number closed and moved on as I was looking for SNL

4) Overall, I found eye contact before approaching quite a good gauge on how warm the target is, smile would be a bonus. I would even cheers them with my glass from a distance and if they look away on purpose, I wouldn't even bother approaching. Saved me alot of time and effort to focus on ones with IOIs

5) Clubs usually start shutting down at 330am, and people start lining up to pick up their coats from the cloakroom. This is usually the best time to run cold approaches or try and close the girls you spoke to earlier, as the girls are bit tipsy. Almost everyone goes to McDonalds, or goes to the taxi line - both with very long queues. So best way to get target back to your place is to say you have room service/decent food (as opposed to fast food crap) at your place, and/or to hang out at your place and chill to some music and have a few more drinks rather than waiting in the taxi queue for an hour. Make sure your pad is around the Kamppi area so its an easy walk

6) Didn't do too much day game as I'm usually asleep from being up until 4-5am. However, from what I can see , girls are really shy during the day so you need to be extremely indirect. However, I think if girls are interested, they would look and smile at you. I had a few of these, but the girls weren't really my type.

If you like 2nd tier cities then weekdays in 1st tier cities are always more fruitful than the weekend. I did a lot more damage in Poland/Ukraine during the easter brake when all the bar clubs were less busy than when they were rammed to the rafters with sausage and girls in Packs. 'Weekdays' are the new '2nd tier' cities.

I am watching this thread closely. I have the chance to visit Helsinki this summer however in Reykjavik, Iceland it seemed like everyone was gone during the summer to there summer house or traveling. People were still out partying but many told me that it would be better other times. I wonder if the summer would be any good in Helsinki?

Lviv was a disaster at Easter, and for 40 days prior. All the girls had given up foreign cock for lent. Luckily my disaster contingency plan served me well, the harem was fully stocked.

But Fuck me when Easter was over.it went crazy, I had a queue outside my door literally. I was banging a Kiev girl while a 16yr old was banging on my door. Said it was the cleaning lady and I hadn't paid her.
