Employ women at your peril.

I have 3 on my team at the moment, one is a subcontractor and does competent work, one is almost 50 ex military and high t and as mentioned previously is just like a guy, the 19 year old girl is unreliable., I won’t be renewing her contract next year.

I'm glad to see a discussion around this and I am in fact reiterating something that has been said several different ways! This is one of my life maxims and I like to bring it up once in a while.

Plus, there's a lot of crossover now with Politics. With AOC and Rashida Tlaib in office, we are about to see what happens when you get incompetent women -- who deep in their hearts are just playing, not taking the job seriously -- in Congress directing policy for a nation with a nuclear arsenal that can destroy humanity 5 times over. In Britain we're seeing what happens when an incompetent woman is in charge of the hideously delicate task of surgically separating Britain from the EU.

All this is the same question: will you trust a woman, who is very unlikely to have your needs or welfare at heart, and who is not fully committed to any task (because deep in her heart, she'd rather be baking cookies and raising children for a billionaire) with the important things in your life?

I know my answer: fuck no.

I didn't read most of the responses, but certainly get the message of the OP. Can't say I completely agree. Women can cut and style hair and they can make great doctors especially if they are OBGYNs or pediatricians. As for me, I became deathly ill in the fall of 1996. Surgery was a necessity to save my life but my condition was too dire to attempt it. The doctors, at least the male ones insisted on it. A consulting female physician knew my condition was too critical for surgery, that I would not go for it in any case. She took charge, prescribed some atomic powered antibiotics and my condition improved quickly and dramatically. The surgery was a success and I know that woman saved my life. She also laughed at my jokes and enjoyed me flirting with her. I'm old and I've seen countless women screw things up in the family, the workplace, and now our society is on the precipice. I still take them one at a time. My doctor is still in medicine and anyone seeing her is getting the best care possible.

In my mid 30s. I've had enough health issues in my life that I've seen a broad range of doctors and other medical professionals.

That's awesome. Just take my advice to heart...once you get past your 40s, keep vigilant for that attitude that creeps in for women doctors, where they start to see your health as less than important. Hey you might get lucky, who knows. But be aware.

My sister used a female tax accountant. Turned out she fucked up the last 3 years worth of returns. Government owes my sister like 6k and we have to re-file. Female accountant said she had no idea my sister had health insurance. This is after I warned her against hiring females.

My dad got substandard care from female doctor. I warned him several times to switch to male doctor. She never picked up that my dad has high cholesterol despite the results from his recent blood test. My dad is very blue pill and thinks I just hate women. After taking cholesterol meds his blood pressure became stable.

Person I know used a female migration agent for getting permanent residence. Failed because migration agent didn't submit some documents. Shifted blame to customer.

Female pharmacist gave very wrong meds to old folks. Luckily they didn't die. Quietly swept under rug. Man would have lost his license. Female doctor get sub therapeutic dose of antibiotics, patient died. Got scolded but it was swept under the rug. Man would not be protected.

My impression is that females can do the drone work but when it gets complicated they like to pass you onto others and just be unhelpful. They don't care. Men will always make the attempt for a try. Females have a tendency to shift the blame when they fuck it up.

They don't have much skin in the game and therefore it doesn't matter if anything terribly bad happens. They can always work elsewhere or have a man or the state to be their safety net.

I've convinced my family now. The problem now is what do if you get a female pilot or cardiac surgeon? Hopefully we can all get enough fuck you money to avoid these pitfalls but it's unlikely.

Yep.
Said it before, but out of all the females I've worked with or around over ~19 years. Only two readily come to mind as being diligent at their jobs (not that those jobs were inherently difficult mind you).
The rest were either present or unimpressive or unable to do simple tasks which may have required very heavy lifting.
As such, the two that stand out in memory, are the exceptions to the rule.

Another factor which I've noticed, is that a chick may be somewhat attentive or diligent when the outcome benefits were. Distinct experience / promotion.
However when it comes time to being pro-active or to volunteer for a boring / dull / difficult task that has no immediate benefit to her, yet is still required.
Most chicks need to be told or prodded to do so.

Hiring women in a socialist country with no employer rights is something done from privilege. In many ways, its a tax right off. When you are small and growing, you can't afford to have some, or any, woman on staff. There is too much at stake and many women see business as win/lose.

I can't count the amount of times I hear women say, "If we get this deal, then we have made it!". There is no 'making' it in business, there is only the grind. Every day is a problem and every day there needs to be solutions. Women have a beautiful ability to multi task and grind towards a deadline, but once that deadline is met they want some time and accolade to dance on the hilltop and get recognition. Then there is the whole trouble with gathering them up after the dopamine wears off and they are hungover on a Tuesday.

Right now in Vancouver, Canada, the only people that can afford to hire women are government agencies and companies that need billable hours. Any company that needs productivity and is struggling cannot afford the taxes and the added risk.

I wish it gave me more hope to hear brilliant young female engineers say, "Is this all there is? I do this until I retire at 60? Whoa". A lot of women are going to start getting cold hard truth from their mentors very soon. If not already.

My cuz 3 yrs back shared an office in Westlands,Nairobi with her cousin's wife,a PWC or KPMG consultant for like 2 years til she decided to give her her taxes.

For 2 months she kept asking,"need any help?" Only to receive complete confidence and mild attitude in return. To be shocked late 2016 to be hit with a 40,000$ fine by the KRA!?

Tax expert cuz has gone dark,leaving her with a 500$ power bill to boot.

2 female pilots augured into a foggy mountain August last year killing 10 in our Aberdares. Honest men and women know females aren't wired for constant 3d spatial awareness and thorough electrical/electronic and mechanical grounding.

No one will refer the lawyer, real estate agent, or insurance sales rep that ripped them off or did a terrible job.

A well business views every client as a potential referral source. Many of the best ones don't even need to advertise.

It's all of word-of-mouth.

The real cost to them and societal we is:
• Intermittent and sporadic doctor/patient relationships which last for a few years not decades when dealing with women doctors
• Professional woman tend to have children well into her 30’s which exposes both her and her babies health plus our tax payer dollar (to foot the cost of pre/post natal catastrophe technology), insurance premiums etc etc
• Lower birthrates of smart parents (too busy educating themselves, then starting a career)
• Women get to take up an academic seat which a male who has uninterrupted career capability gets conveniently ignored
• She gets to harness her and her family in massive education debt
I might add that this is perfect for any government because they get 2 workers in what was traditionally a one worker household, educational debt income with interest and a dumber population…easier to fool and rule

I burned all my Nike clothes last year and did some research on designers that support the Right. New Balance donated to the Trump party so bought a whole lot of sports clothes from them. Last year I started to only buy products from corporations that support the Right! The only way to take down a corporation is to not give them your money. So no more Netflix as well since they put Obama in charge! My old Gillette razor is in the bin!

Anyhow, I wanted some New Balance pants in the Navy colour so they had to order it in. The girl at the time called me a week later to say my pants had arrived. I drove to the store (20 minutes away) where they ordered the wrong pants in! This new girl then said it will be another week of two to order the pants in and she will call me when they arrive. I received no call for over a month so I called them up. The pants came in but cause I didn't come to pick them up, they put them on the floor and someone bought it! I said I never received a call. I wasn't happy, so I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager placed another order.... And guess what... She fucked it up, not once but twice!!! By that time Xmas came and all stores where out of stock. I had to wait another 2 months where I basically had to train this manager to triple check the serial number (not a hard thing to do). 4-5 months later (Feb 2019) I finally got my fucking Navy New Balance pants!!!
