Yes, this would be the short list:

1. Food. Often cheaper, better tasting and wholesome. Non GMO.

2.You get away from workobsessed, status obsessed, american culture. You never realize how much work functions as a status symbol until you leave the US.Thus, you can work overseas without feeling any of the pressure that you would feel in US.

3. Cost of living. Way cheaper depending on country.

4 Women. Many times they're thinner and more intelligent than american women. Depends on country of course.

5. Much less tolerance of Marxism and degeneracy. Keep in mind the west is one of the few regions worldwide that tolerates this shit, and in fact, encourages it.

6. Cities that are beautiful- many cities outside the us are both historical and designed according to traditional architectural principles. That makes them beautiful places to live in.

7. Getting out of comfort zone. It is every mans job to do his best to grow as a person. Living abroad is a challenge in so many ways, and forces you to become adaptable and more situationally intelligent. Hell u may even pick up a new language. Meanwhile, most Americans lack a passport. Travel gives you a perspective that many lack.

Ive lived in Colombia and Mexico and now Europe. Colombia is great as a first adventure to get some easy bangs. I wouldnt want to live there long term. Europe is were it is at for living standards, hot feminine women and cheap cost of living.

Focus on location independent income, skills and business connections.

The spanish language learning could prove usefull but if your goal is to live abroad your priority should be how you will make an income long term.

You will learn languages by default of living abroad. Ive learned to speak Spanish and Estonian in country.

Estonians are more sophisticated and like to consider themselves a scandinavian country.

Russians are more primitive, poor.

Russian women make great bangs and short term gf

Estonian women make outstanding wives and mothers.

They probably need trades people in Russia.... But dont expect a wage anywere close to US standards. Even Russians in Estonia understand Estonia is a better place to live than Russia.

Explain the last step a bit more. Did you have to spend time in Estonia, and for how long?

You can open a business, bank account without ever stepping foot in Estonia.

To gain residency is a bit more difficult but very doable. You need to show business, marriage, student need to be in the country etc. You need to spend 6 months per year in Estonia but they dont check travel in side EU.

My comment about residency was not specific to Estonia, gaining residency outside US in any country of your liking so as to achieve the foreighn earned income exemption.

Estonia is great in summer. The winter sucks. I head to southern Europe in winter.

The biggest downside to moving abroad is giving up on the opportunities that you have locally.

Lots of businesses require you to be there, to network, and to be integrated in a particular part of the world.

Obviously, that's not going to happen for you in Tampa if you're in Medellin.

You can, but I was told it was more difficult. Specifically the bank account, they wanted you there for that. I flew in and got it done in a weekend.

As long as you find an accountant who isn't an idiot to handle all the reporting requirements, it's easy and pretty great really.

LHV Bank is best for working with USA citizens. SWEDBANK and others are a pain in the ass to work with. LHV is an Estonian bank.

I agree, That is why I am not sure if i should just maybe stay put and or next time I take a trip to Medellin I can do longer like 2-4 weeks and call it a day. The stories on here about trip reports that show people staying and working in other countries racking up 10 bangs is what I look at and I am like damn what am I doing wrong? lol

Yeah, for US citizens swedbank is a bitch to deal with, its like they dont want us citizen clients. . I have a personal account with swedbank but my business is with LHV and it is night and day difference. LHV is 100x easier to work with.

Why not flip the Script rather than live in LatAm on a severe budget - why not take your Current Skillset and market to Up Scale LatAms making serious coin who want a Plan B someplace relatively safe like Tampa-StP or any where else in FLA.

In Boston a couple of years ago I was having lunch at the Capitol Grill steakhouse and wound up speaking to a Guy next to me at the bar having a steak lunch as well - he was in Boston from Peru while his son was auditioning for Berkley School of Music - Turns out his mother was a former Peruvian Air Force General and he was using family(Gov) Connections to assist wealthy Chinese buying up a wide range of large scale Peruvian Mineral and Agricultural assets. Where did he have his kids attend school - someplace with very low crime and many other wealthy LatAm euro kids to socialize with - he had so much wealth he was not laser-focused on STEM educations for his kids but creative musical educations. Go figure.

It is a well-known fact that Southern Florida especially more Latin influenced Spanish Speaking Areas, Tampa, Miami, etc are a serious plan B for many wealthy LatAm families.

Why not use the internet and research upscale FLA properties that throw off steady incomes, Apt Blgs with Security in safer areas, 55+ Rentals for retiring snowbirds, Marinas, even chain Motels and boutique Hotels near the Beaches... Tell the Owners/Sellers RE Agents you are building a network of upscale LatAm buyers in your travels who want to quietly accumulate a Plan B portfolio someplace relatively safe like SoFla. Some of the SoFla Sellers Brokers may even be willing to advance you some of their SMMA Social Media Marketing and Advertising budgets to focus on Properties they are trying to move as well as split commissions with you and your agencies. Google Tai Lopez for his latest relatively cheap SMMA trainings. And you may even set yourself up with a Property Management Biz for real steady long term income - you own it and hire local managers while you continue to travel/network with Plan B Buyers.

You are already making some bank in this biz why not focus on what you already know and leverage that with the LatAm new money looking for a guide/advisor to set up a serious SoFla plan B without getting ripped off in the process. In short order, these Up Scale folks may begin to introduce you to upscale quality mega hot and smart Latin ladies looking for a guy with serious Plan B skills to become their personal long term plan A. At least you will be legitimately traveling in their circles. LatAm is all about Social Circles game on the high end of the scale. Comment 1: I don't get much anti-white hate in Colombia. Those having white skin are the favored class in Latin America. Any hate I've noticed is from lower-value young males, especially when I'm out with a lighter-skinned Latina around their age. Further, I have been told by more than a few Colombianas, that they and their friends "love gringos". I'm guessing those reasons why they love us have been outlined elsewhere on the forum. Comment 3: I get a lot of financial leverage being in Medellín that I don't get in Washington, D.C. which increases my dating and mating options tremendously, especially if you take the Wall Street Playboys perspective on dating, which I do. Living like a local in a third world country is a complete non-starter for me personally. Somewhere between a local version of upper class and baller is where I prefer to target my lifestyle, making an effort to stay off the radar of scammers and freeloaders to the best degree possible.

This is where you want to be with income. I believe WSP says to earn a minimum of 5x the average wage of your city to vastly improve your dating prospects.

ok, maybe best bet just stay in florida and take trips to these countries lol. Also I am a male stripper here part time too and don't want to give up that. Yes the foreign girls are definitely easier more approachable. I was thinking if I actually lived on South Beach I would have plenty of options there as well with girls and having an apartment or pad there solo would be ideal. I don't have to deal with the bad living conditions as well too but man those foreign Venezuelans, Colombians, Mexicans, Dominicans when you deal with the right kind are the best! The one goal I had was to be fluent in Spanish and it is hard doing it in the states when I have work, other obligations so I am debating taking a month off in Medellin, or Panama and doing a spanish school so I can put all my focus on that.

Corporate tax on capital retained or reinvested is 0%. Distributed profits via salary. Divident or bonus are about 20%.

There is a 20%VAT but outside Estonia activities are exempt so its 0% for most international expats.

There is a nexus of alignment that Estonia offers to red pill men. Ill make a good faith effort to put something togethor soon.
