I notice quite a few girls will either tell you, their friends, or whatnot that "im single and loving it."

I could never decode what this means. I found that this usually means they got out of a LTR not too long ago. But I'm confused whether it means, "yeah I'm sleepin around a lot" or if it means "I'm insecure (maybe I got dumped by my last bf) and I'm tell myself I'm happy being alone because it boost my confidence." Or does it mean "I'm an attention whore."

What has been your experience? If a girl tells you she's single and loving it, do you have a response that works well? Do you adapt your game at all?

I generally think it is the latter. She was dumped and trying to convince herself that she is better off being single...another option you left out is that she has nothing to offer the opposite sex and instead of recognizing this she has convinced herself that she loves being single.
It is really hard to make a judgement based entirely on this quote. It could mean that she wants a relationship but doesn't want to appear to vulnerable or eager....or on the other hand that is truly is a slut and loves being single and hooking up with a countless number of men.

I think this is the only 100% valid answer on the topic.

As for what to do with the statement part, i just ignore it, like the rest of relationship status statements girls make. I don't see how it concerns me.
