Oh yeah. Well for starters, the number one thing I've noticed is that flaking has gone off the charts since the 90s. It's at the point where girls that approach ME will still flake. In the 90s, any girl that showed any degree of IOIs was a guaranteed thing. If she gave you her number, she would answer the phone when you called, or return your call every time. You simply have to chase a lot harder now. It takes more work now than it did when I was in my early to mid 20s.

The era before texting, facebook and smartphones seems like a distant memory. I've forgot what it feels like to walk into a bar or club and not see half the women's faces pointed down illuminated by the glow of their iphone. This stuff has had a profound impact on the going out experience. They may be present, but their attention is elsewhere. Clubs are full of girls huddled together on the dancefloor taking iphone pics of themselves to instantly tag and upload to facebook. That shit was unimaginable when I was in college. Women actually went out to clubs to meet guys, not to be digital attention whores.

You needed a FAR LOWER level of game to get higher quality girls who weren't as fat. Now you need 1,000 hours experience in the game to consistently pull just 6s.

I remember my first year in the game I banged two really nice girls that still hold up to this day. If I was getting into the game this year, I wouldn't even be able to find them.

Damn... if I was writing this from the States I'd be feeling really depressed right about now.

It's not that they have more options. Women value attention more than money and sex. They're on attention overload these days so our measly attempts to game them are inconsequential.They feel like mini-celebrities. I think Roosh said it best ... In the future you'll need fame plus game.

This makes me feel a lot better, in a way. I was in a little bit of a depressed malaise a few days ago thinking, "Is my game shitty or what? Lately, I can't seem to get out of this 6s and 7s rut." I guess it's just a sign of the times, but I have to work pretty hard just to get it so my rotation is composed of mostly 7s. Anything above that is packed with tons of bullshit to dodge and navigate. Nowadays, I rarely have that time and energy at my disposal.

Girls have a shitty diet. Even skinny girls eat genetically altered, high sugar, refined, toxic, pesticide food. Also, ground water is contaminated with toxins.

Rarely do you see the "feminine glow."

So even thin girls have worse skin and are less attractive than they were a decade ago.

They had to go out to socialize. Then they wanted guys around so they would call one or two and if you just showed up with a buddy at the house or bar and had some game it was over. No distractions or texts in the bathroom. Hanging with you and her girlfriends was the best they could do and were happy to do it.

I'm thinking more about it but I thought my kid put me out of the loop a bit but before that I killed it.

Low end trailer sluts don't care about facebok here so much and are just getting smartphones.

There are, however, some positives.

Women are better at sex. As most women watch porn, they are more skilled at sex.

There have been a lot of positives over the past decade.

Back in the late 90's and early 2000's when I started going to parties and bars, you could smoke everywhere and raves used to be huge. I remember back in 98' when I was too young to get into the bars, we's just go to a rave and there'd be 2000+ people there of all ages, half the chicks wacked out of their trees on E-pills, easy pickings! A couple years later when I started going to clubs that served alcohol, I wasn't too impressed, the rave scene really died down after about 03/04', sucks now.

Wow and I thought it was me, the shit is epedimic in North America.
I ran into a old flame from ten years ago in a club recently, she is a 35 year old single mom. I put my hand up her skirt right inside the bar, made out with her and told her what I wanted. Sure thing you would figure, girl is playing games now.

I agree with all this- for the average player, things are much better now.

The major current negatives are flakiness and obesity. It used to be if a girl gave you her number there was about an 85% chance she would actually go on a date with you. Today , it's about a 30% chance at best. And few young women were fat, even among the lower class. Believe it or not, the white trash hottie was fairly common.

But overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, at least from our perspective as players. Civilizationally , however, we are circling the bowl

My own experience is very different from what Mike describes. Back in the 90's me and a buddy would hit a different small town about every weekend and pull with little effort. We'd just sit and bullshit and the broads would gravitate in our direction. We were often asked if we were married because we paid no attention to them. I rarely have this happen anymore. They are too busy texting and taking pics of each other.

As has been mentioned previous, I think the biggest change is the 24/7 validation broads get these days from FB and always being accessible via text. Fucking texting fucks up shit all the time now. You definitely didn't have to worry about a "friend" texting asking wtf her slut friend went while you were dragging her back to your fuckpad, let alone the same friend asking 20 questions via text while I chat her up at the bar.

They didn't get validated by useless chodes daily on FB or POF/OKC. They got validated by getting fucked well by me.

Also, BCP (before cell phones) the broads didn't expect to be in constant contact as it wasn't nearly as easy to get someone on the phone. This matters more with broads you've already plowed, but is definitely a big factor. Missing her call was no big deal. Now, if you don't call her back it's like farting with her head under the covers.

In my opinion, there were more broads out back then than there are today. (My area anyway) Definitely fewer fatties.

Broads would tell me their friend was interested, setting up the kill. Haven't had that happen in YEARS.

In short, I miss the 90's. It was so much easier doing hit and runs back then.... I've never considered what I do to be game, but it sure worked like magic back then.

Edit- I always raw dogged back then and it was never an issue. Probably have a few kids running around....

Part of the problem with the question is that the guys you are asking are older now than then. At least part of the answers will be due to their own ageing. And part of that will be that they are considering women now who would have been too old for them 10 years ago. A 30yo woman is a very different thing to a 20yo one.

Girls are way more open for sex/slutty as in the mid 90's when i was a teenager. I knew only two people in high school who were fucking out of hundreds of people. Nowadays its way easier to get laid when you're a teenager or in your early twenties.
