I'd say still go to Brazil... Despite the political instability things are not going to get militarised or violent (apart from possibly some protest or whatever, nothing out of the ordinary). Regarding the language, Brazilians are very friendly and patient regarding language barriers, though some girls might get shy because of it (but if you talk directly to them they will respond).

Only problem are prices in Rio and SPaulo.

As another 5'8" whitey, I'm curious how different countries compare for first timers. Not only for lays & quality of women, but quality of living, safety, cost, etc.

Costa Rica vs Central/Northern Mexico vs El Salvador
Cuba vs Dominican Republic
Peru vs Bolivia vs Ecuador

My impressions:
Mexico & El Salvador are known to be more dangerous than Costa Rica, which is more of a retirement destination. The knock on Costa Rica being you are less interesting to locals as a foreigner because it is already pretty touristy in addition to retirement folk & expats. As for quality of women, no idea, ease of lay, perhaps Mexico? Talking out of my ass.

Dominican Republic seems to be much easier to get lays, but the quality of living is much better in Cuba (it would seem from what I've read around here). Girls tend to both be interested in foreigners, especially in the smaller cities of Cuba.

I kind of ruled out Ecuador, as it doesn't seem to have anything to offer that Peru doesn't. Peru apparently is easier for lays, women in all three aren't that great (bar is raised due to Colombia & Brasil). Bolivia seems hit or miss, given the fact that locals are more conservative and you have to have patience & run social circle game.

My format is like this because I'd like to spend a few months in 4 countries; central american country (or mexico), somewhere in the Caribbean, one of Peru/Bolivia/Ecuador, and then either Medellin/Cali/Pereira in Colombia. Don't care to learn Portuguese just for Brazil, and Argentina is enticing but geographically its pretty distant from all the other locations (save Bolivia).

Hello, I will also go first time to LATAM later in the year, Mexico, Colombia and Peru.

Im a 6 food tall central Europe-mediterranean looking guy, with normal brown hairs and black beard. Ive felt tempted for a couple of years to try something new and bleach my hairs, but just couldnt do it until now. Kind of thinking about the current J Balvin style looks there. Since we all know about the Latina obsession with blonde guys. Im considering to do it now. Do you think or have experience whether this would boost your status?

Spanish A1, will do A2 and B1 course while there.

Surely, thats not a problem. The question is whether the Latinas like natural, northern blonde guys only, or if this has the possibility to make them wet by only looking at you, too.

Dude Latinas only like blond guys with blue eyes so you better already have those or get contact lenses, or there's no way you'll get laid, being a 6' tall Euro weenie just doesn't cut it anymore. Just kidding, why the fuck would you dye your hair blond when you have a Mediterranean look? And why would you dress like a try hard reggaetonero retard? I think you should focus on improving your Spanish and self confidence, unfortunately those two don't come as easy as dying your hair and buying new clothes.

I'm currently on my first trip to Latin America. I went to Panama for 1 week, and I've been in Colombia for the past 2 months. I'm no expert on Latin America, but Colombia has been pretty for me. I speak basic Spanish, but I'm still pretty bad at it. The only times I felt truly unsafe was when I accidentally ended up walking through Bosque Calderon Tejada, in Bogota. I was 95% sure I'd get robbed and attacked by stray dogs, but nothing happened. Colombians are friendly, girls are pretty easy, and there's lots of crazy nature activities you can do here. I haven't felt unsafe in rural areas either.

If you're worried then you can check out Panama City. There's pretty heavy police presence all over the place there.

I think Brazil is the best option for the first trip. There you can spend your vacation spending not too much money, and the local flavor is very unique. And if you get the opportunity to visit the carnival in Rio - you will remember this trip for the rest of your life!

Peru is good, it is very cheap (Bolivia is cheaper but due to the height wouldn't recommend for newbies) and if you have a good overview of your budget you can easily travel around Peru with 1000 USD + eat out and all.

Yessss there are perhaps some ugly women, but hey you can also find pretty women there. After Peru you can think of going to other countries like Ecuador, Bolivia or Chile and test the waters slowly working your way up or down (geopgraphically speaking).

Brazil might be good if you know Portuguese already. I feel like that Brazilians are a bit in their own world and thus English speakers are very hard to find. Moreover it is very big and if you don't really you know what you are looking for it might be difficult to plan a trip.

I checked Tinder in Lima for the last 24 hours. Ive read there are bad opinions about the quality. But tbh, I think the quality on Tinder is stunning, Im feeling tempted to say the best Ive ever seen in a city. Matches are rather average quality though. Is this common in Lima?

I can no longer recommend Tinder in Lima. It was awesome 4-5 years ago when my apartment building was a revolving door for 6s off Tinder, but now it has become a haven for attention whores and semi-pros. After years of being flooded with attention and dick pics the hotter girls (7+) have started to leverage their status with specific demands, while the 6s and below who have already been dicked down dozens of times have started putting up profile headlines like "not here for hookups."

In any event, you need to go deeper into your research before making conclusions, since a match here means virtually nothing. Try setting up dates with some of the 'stunners' and I guarantee you'll run into either radio silence, "puede ser" or "es posible" (soft rejection), or "OK, let's meet at X restaurant" (shake-down).

Daygame and Nightgame are awesome here, however.
