And you. Did you look at the guys in the article? There's one skinny/gaunt looking guy with a feminine/gay face. Every other guy you likely consider "skinny" is not especially skinny and more importantly have solid facial aesthetics with a chiseled/defined jaw and slim face and good hair. Those are all top-tier guys facial wise and their bodies just need to be decently above average. Many of them are likely in shape and have some muscles similar to the guys that are shirtless (most are not big/huge but the shirtless guys have 6-packs or close to it with some in-shape/defined pecs and biceps).

That article basically proves that being better than average shape will net you more interest. There are a few bigger/more bulging muscles guys in the article as well.

Being in above average shape means you have lower body fat percentages like these guys and don't look like skinny twigs. It doesn't mean you have to be a powerlifter cycling on drugs/enhancements. Having some defined biceps and a trim waistline is very noticeable when the average guy is pudgy or super skinny/twig like.

Like I said, the level of autism is too damn high.

Imagine you with your best game ever and then add 20 pounds of muscle in all the sweet spots. Now imagine you run into muscular you at the bar. Who do you think is gonna get amog'd? Muscular you would clown your ass out of the set just be existing.

If you were to gain 30 pounds of lean mass, you'd pull hotter bitches than you currently do. Just a fact. Beckham doesn't even have low bodyfat. He has a very average body, zero muscle, completely normal for somebody that doesn't even go to the gym. I know people that don't go to the gym with way better bodies than him.

Brad Pitt I can see your argument with, or say Christiano Ronaldo, but their bodies look very different to Beckham's. Those two are reasonably easy to achieve, and are enough to be attractive to a good number of women. If somebody wants to be at the point where they're getting laid off their bodies though they need more than that.

Sorry, but Brad Pitt (Fight Club, but more so Snatch) aren't easy to achieve. Never mind Ronaldo. Both have extraordinarily low body fat and despite what some seem to think... lots of resistance training. Pitt in Snatch is big in the arms and shoulders and Ronaldo up to around 2016 is pretty much the ideal ratio for men in terms of proportions. He started to shed muscle after that to retain speed and prolong his career.

Ronaldo around 2014 would get girls based off his physique alone if he were a guy on Tinder. Even now to be honest. I'd argue Pitt would too. Definitely in the Troy era.

Teedub I shouldn't have said they're easy to achieve, but they are very much achievable for a natural prepared to lift weights 3-4 times a week and be consistent with their nutrition. I also agree they'd get girls on tinder through their physiques, but it's not enough to do anything for them in nightlife wearing clothes. Neither would it be a weakness though.

I'm pretty much in the middle of both sides on this debate because I know you don't even need to go to the gym to get girls, but at the same time it definitely gets attraction.

Edited to add - I was talking more about Brad Pitt in Fight Club. In Troy his body is much more developed and is at that point where girls are going to start to notice even in clothes (I'd guess somewhere around 16 inch arms, 44-45 inch chest, 31 inch waist or so).

I guess I have over estimated him somewhat - happily hold my hands up - but in his defence that body will be better than 95% of the worlds 43 year olds, so given that percentage then yes it’s an advantage....but maybe not for a 25 year old?

1. The little muscle mass Pitt had put on, I'd say takes maximum 1 1/2 years of hitting the gym 3-4 times a week for the average guy. Maximum. Look at the Fight Club photos, there's not a lot of muscle mass there. Ridiculous lengths? Wow.

2. You would have to do a cut after that and there are several ways you can go about doing that.

The hard cut where you make a much bigger restriction of your calories and therefore increase the risk of losing size can be useful if you really need to get ready for a photo shoot, a role in a movie and don't mind losing a bit of size in the proces. That's what Pitt did and that's what some light fighters tend to, sure. But how many "average guys" do have to get ready for that?

No, it would actually be better and easier to use a slower cut and in the process so instead of a hard cut for 8 weeks you might take it lighter, maybe even do a diet break for a week or even two. The best and easiest way to cut and lose fat actually not does try and do like fighters and stay dehydrated and restrict the calories enormously.

I can’t speak for being truly huge, but for me, going from a 130lb ultramarathon runner to a 180lb gym rat in the mid-late 2000’s was a complete game changer. Whereas I was invisible in a club previously, I found I could toss on a fitted v neck shirt and didn’t even have to work that hard at it any more. With that said, game>fitness for the most part. My best friend is ugly, balding and skinny fat. His game is so tight, he always destroyed quality ass.

AGAIN.....Not to beat a dead horse, but yes of course a few women respond quite well and instinctively to muscles -- those are the ones who openly stare at or approach jacked guys in public. That in turn leads jacked guys on this forum to say 'gaahhh, come on brah, all women love muscles, don't be dumb'.
That set of women that inflates the jacked guy's ego constitutes <1% of all women.

Many, many, many other women follow other evolutionary cues that are less obvious, more hidden. You know many of those women, even if you don't know that you know them.

I say this as a fairly jacked guy myself. I've gotten more looks in public in the last 3 years since I put on 20 pounds of muscle. But I'm not fooling myself. Those public glances still represent a tiny tiny fraction, <1% of all available women.

Fact is, most of the hottest girls I banged long before I put on that muscle mass, including a 3-month relationship with a print model. My ex-wife was a hot little number as well, with legs and ass for days. All that was when I was in otter mode. With a good face, blond hair, blue eyes, and 6'2" height -- and a LOT of amused mastery game -- I got all the trim that I wanted. No big muscles necessary.

tl;dr Muscles help get a few more women interested in you. But not nearly as much as social proof, facial symmetry, height, and GAME.
