The episode reached an audience of 11 million viewers and caused a heated controversy. Within a few hours, the hashtag #Montalbano became one of the most popular on Italian Twitter. While many supported the inspector, thousands attacked him. “Stop with the pro-migrants propaganda,” wrote one user.

Zingaretti, whose brother Nicola is the president of the Lazio region, where Rome is located, would not comment on the episode.

The programme’s detractors should not have been surprised. Migrants have always been a central theme in the Montalbano novels, written by the Sicilian writer Andrea Camilleri, 93.

“I have written about their desperation,” Camilleri said in a recent interview aired on the national broadcaster Rai. “These are people who have escaped from wars. Italy is fast becoming a country that is moving backwards, similar to the way shrimps do. The consensus around Salvini reminds me of the one around Mussolini.”

Salvini, who knows Montalbano is one of the most loved Italian characters, appears to have opted not to pick a fight. “I love Montalbano,” he tweeted on Monday night.

Montalbano is the first Italian series sold abroad successfully, and has been broadcast in more than 65 countries including the US and Iran.

I find Red Ice a bit hit and miss but they'll always have a few very important videos every year.
They've just had their first essential video of 2019 in my opinion.
Here they interview a native German woman who is quite reasonable but who has just observed what is happening and has decided to come out and speak about it.
Of course she cannot show her face, sad to say that in Germany you cannot have non-suicidal opinions about your own country, or you will face consequences ranging from social ostracisation at a minimum to harassment and possibly worse against you and your family and of course your livelihood will certainly be in serious danger.
I found the first half of the video better than the second half, but there are useful and disturbing nuggets of information throughout.
One of the most galling is circa the 21 minute mark where it's revealed that German people must pay for the children of economic migrants and "refugees" who are not even living in the country!!
Incidentally, we also have this same traitorous policy in Ireland, I was stunned when I found out, and I intend to inform as many people as possible about this insane cultural cuckery.
This surely is something that even ordinary people can see is completely unjust and costing us Europeans many millions of euro.

I can't blame people for not being able to keep up with this stuff. It's time consuming. People are busy and when they're not working, generally people like to engage in activities where they don't have to think to much. I know the last thing that I want to do after working all day is to do some research. My brain is to tired at that point.

Regardless, even if you were to show people that video Amity, how many of them would change their positions or minds on the subject at hand? I would wager probably not many. It normally takes a long time to change someone's viewpoint on serious subjects or their outlook on life.

Thinking about the situation in Europe, it's sad. The majority of the population seem to have no qualms about becoming minorities in their own ancestral homelands. Latin America will never become black. Go to a Latin American country and watch the Telenovelas. You would swear that Mexico and Colombia are made up of predominately Spaniards. ^^^Problem is you like a lot of other guys in the alt-right have this narrow vision of what globalism entails. Globalism didn't just start this decade or even last decade and globalism isn't just brown people flooding into white nations. The difference about Africa and SEA is that those countries and their people are far less productive and competitive - plus only few Chinese will just take over the top positions. Thus the Chinese taking over will ALWAYS REMAIN a minority. It's just a different form of colonialism. The Africans and Philippinos will still have their countries - Africans will probably even profit from Chinese rulership and have a better country. And if ever a bigger crisis comes and the system crumbles, then the Chinese minority is thrown out or genocided like they will do with African Whites - and they have their country back in full.

However when you become a minority in Europe, then you have no country. My natural inclination is to fight but I can't deny that having lived all over the US and dealing with white folks from all across the political spectrum, it's not looking very good. There is simply too much white guilt, self-hating white people, and a real lack of basic white tribalism within the US white population for the ship to likely turn around in the long run. Depending on where you live move to a highly white location and start pushing back. The will to live comes with hard times and those hard times are already creeping in. America is done, sure, but the heartland and the redoubt states are not going to simply vanish from existence.

The plans for the future are simple:

1) Try to move upwards in terms of financial class - the higher up you are, the more protected can you be even if your country turns into Brazil. Plus you can move easier.

2) EE/FSU for the next years (10-30 years) - then Asia with HongKong, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea.

Australia seems to be destined to come under Chinese rulership, so if you are well-off enough then it's possible that this Western European-created country is going to survive under Chinese dominion. They will likely not allow for it to go down to an Africo-Islamic shithole. Still - Australia is of course under full globalist leadership and it's no picknick to live there as the financial screws are going to be tightened ever more there as well. You could retire with 100.000$ in Poland for life while good luck surviving on that in Australia for more than a few year(s). I met recently EE guys who returned from Australia and prefer to live in EE despite making way more cash. When you have to pay x-times under a stressful environment just to survive then people prefer to live under tighter but less stressful conditions.

I disagree with this. You could argue that in the long, long term it's inevitable, but it's not going to happen in any de jure or substantially de facto way in this century. Canada is in the same boat as Australia. The Chinese have not invaded with the military - they didn't need to - and instead just bought up all the Canadian companies, real estate and arable land they can get their hands on. Previously, it use d to be only various government grants to major diversity and human right NGOs, which would in turn disburse these grants to individuals, companies and other NGOs that would then produce the actual propaganda such as children's books with a tranny couple and similar abominations.

Nowadays, corporations have become so powerful (in every monopolistic, financial and lobbying sense of the word) that they have begun to act like government too. A corporation headed by a SJW board commissions SJW propaganda, whether as funding for new projects or changes to existing projects, and if you disagree you'll get fired or will be quietly passed over for projects/promotions. Subsidiaries, contractors and business partners are often pressured in the same way.

So it's not like a writer is writing a book and then received a threatening call saying that they should insert a gay latino character in exchange for a million dollars, but rather that leftist organizations simply ceasing contact with any people and organizations principled enough to not toe the party line. If you aren't known for being of a sufficiently fanatical SJW bent, you will simply never get hired, or if you get hired you'll never be allowed to work on anything major.

It's everywhere - Hollywood, TV-series, tiny TV production movies, books (authors get paid to put in gay, multicultural propaganda in it - or they don't even get book-deals if they don't put it in), art, all academia. It's a full-spectrum control beyond anything that the Romans had.

I heard it initially from Alan Watt - cuttingthroughthematrix. Some authors came out publicly saying that they were requested to add gay and multicult- talking points. The same went for singers who were told by the label to add some agenda points or there would be no label contract.

Usually entertainment is tightly controlled and those that speak out like that openly - they either don't get anywhere or they get sidelined even if they are big.

Vox Day also mentions a few of those issues as he has a rather big independent publishing house. As I am into SF I noticed that all the major-league pushed authors either in SF or fantasy have immense globohomo-points like feminism, gay propaganda or transgender crap. I read some books that were massively promoted by new authors and it struck me as odd even before I became aware of the globohomos. There are literally none of the old guard like Silverberg, Lem, Feist etc. - those men created compelling fiction without any adherence to some propaganda points. They did not have to in fact. But the system got tighter in recent times and they don't like to miss any opportunity to shape your mind.
