#4 is actually kind of bad, because it becomes a "brain drain" that will weaken the society slowly. Not only that though there are other side effects to ALL of these factors:

You forgot the 5th option, which is the establishment of an ultra-conservative movement akin to White Sharia. Beta males reach the point where they have nothing to lose.
