SCOTUS Upholds Trump's Transgender Military Ban

“This case is about whether men and women who want to serve in the United States Armed Forces to protect their country and who are able and otherwise qualified to do so should be barred from military service because they are transgender,” according to court filings on behalf of current and prospective military members.

The justices, voting 5-4, put on hold lower court decisions that had blocked the administration’s planned ban from taking effect. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented.

The administration’s policy is less absolute than Trump’s original tweet suggested. It lets people continue to serve if they began transitioning their gender in reliance on the Obama policy. But it would bar anyone from starting gender transition while in the armed forces. And the policy would block people from joining the military if they have already transitioned.

Kamala Harris is a racist, openly sexist, and an idiotic god damned clown. She has zero chance of winning past the party nomination against Trump. Well I disagree on a few points. The Covington story isn't going away (due to some very prominent people in media not allowing it to), and I think it's far from a minor story.

Beto on the other hand, seems like a very weak candidate to me, despite his popularity in Texas. There's no way a white man will be the Dem's candidate. Not in this political climate. They're the party of women (and hate) now. Kamala may be all of those things but she is getting all the attention on CNN, twitter, elsewhere. Once I learned how the media works I had a much greater understanding of the timing, coordination, and reasons for what they do.

Highly recommend the book "Amusing Ourselves to Death" by Neil Postman, timeless.

I do not think Covington is a minor story at all. It's just an everyday story in our new reality. They more they push this agenda, the more redpills get handed out. My point is that Trump does not have to say anything about most of these kinds of stories. Alot of it is doing it's own work, like that Gilette story. I am seeing nerdy liberals even breaking their mold and getting upset on Youtube. Beto is actually in a prime position to be the nominee. He is running against Trump a man that never held a public office before. Beto has held a small state office but the issue is that he isn't running against someone that has decades of office experience. That cancels out.

Beto has good looking hair and a mug (no homo). He is also tall. 90 something percent of presidents in the television era have all had those traits. America has never had a bald president since TV was invented.

Beto has a alot of charisma with liberal women and minorities. He speaks very well. He has goofy ideas and sometimes sounds like Ocasio with amateurish soundbytes, but he does not sound like her all the time, just sometimes.

The most important feature of Beto is that he has Soros backing him. He raised ridiculous amounts of money in the Texas election. That race was much closer than it should have been. It was a bit unnerving for your average Republican pollster. Even Karl Rove marveled at how well he did despite being so far leftist on positions.

Here is the issue to sum it all up. It's not about the issues. It's about Trump. They want him out. Any way possible. Liberal blacks and whites hate Trump so much that they are even willing to lose their own jobs and economy for it. As soon as Trump leaves office, General Motors will not be the only company that will immediately head to China or Vietnam permanently. All the H1Bs will come back and Beto would order the wall torn down like some sick Ronald Reagan parody. That's what these people want. The war is over the moderate voter and whether or not Trump can maintain his cool and present the case to the moderates or undecided because the Republican base is too small and the liberals outnumber us in raw numbers.

Beto is the only competitive guy they have. They will field him and he will beat those others. He might end up VP to a woman, but I doubt it. I see it the other way around. They want to run him now, because they can run him again in 4 years if he loses, perhaps in a combination with another man or lady that rises up the ranks.

Obama and Beto have the most in common. He is training him because they know that Soros money + Beto is the best chance to win. Moderate white voters, moderate Latinos, and blacks don't know shit about Soros nor do they give a fuck. That is why this is a massive threat. If Beto sounds sweet enough to them and they feel tired of Trump's antics they will vote Beto.

The hate for heterosexual males is YUGE. I also think this is going beyond whites and starting to include black males. Dems may not have said they are against black males out loud, but they are definitely concentrating on everyone but black males.

Some Democrat voters in Texas come to find out did not know that Beto was a fake Mexican nickname because they were low information voters and believed MSNBC, local, and CNN news reports that were stating that Republicans were attacking Beto's heritage and name in low ball attacks. The Republicans attack got turned back on them to an extent and it was not as helpful as it seemed, although we do not know how many changed their votes once figuring that out. If that had a low to nothing effect in Texas, Nationwide, I am not sure if it is worth harping on. I'm sure Trump would bring it up though at a rally.

I was responding to his "How are your kids" comment to TLOZ where he seems to be implying that because TLOZ most likely has no offspring, he doesn't have a stake in the continued survival and thriving of western civilization and can therefore maintain his ever cheery and optimistic outlook on the future of the west - as opposed to ingesting the black pill. A huge part of the survival of western civilization entails white people continuing to have more children to keep up with the pace that non-whites are reproducing as I'm sure LDN and the other forum posters on the ethnic nationalism end of the spectrum would agree with. I've seen these sort of sentiments get expressed here a lot along with laments that a lot of the dissident right talk a good game but aren't doing what really matters - having more white children. Not only has LDN not have had white children, which is already seen as a negative within those circles, he has non-white children. According to the ethnic nationalism view, the former is already bad enough since it's doing nothing while western civilization is declining but the latter is worse since it's actually actively contributing to that decline. So I just find it curious that he felt like he could make that comment to TLOZ on the basis of TLOZ not having kids while he himself has done more harm according to the ethnic nationalist view by having mixed non-white children. And as for him wanting the best for his kids, I'm guessing him and his family wouldn't be faring well in the sort of ethnic state that he wants. Miscegnation isn't looked upon too highly in those societies.

And as for his wife not being the average Latina, if you buy into the ethnic nationalist view then there's also the idea of the "regression to the mean". The justices, voting 5-4, put on hold lower court decisions that had blocked the administration’s planned ban from taking effect. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented.

The administration’s policy is less absolute than Trump’s original tweet suggested. It lets people continue to serve if they began transitioning their gender in reliance on the Obama policy. But it would bar anyone from starting gender transition while in the armed forces. And the policy would block people from joining the military if they have already transitioned.

The 2019 state of the union speech is supposed to be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 (a week from now).
