Setting up life to learn game after college.
Hey guys, I am 22 and in my 4th year of college, but will graduate most likely next fall.

I really don't want to do the boring internship->corporate job in the same city like everyone else does. I want to gtfo out my state and go abroad somewhere. But at the same time I want to work on getting my shit handled with women.

My university has some abroad programs for post-college such as work, intern, volunteer, and teach english. I'm leaning towards doing one of those, most likely work abroad. For example this looks awesome: w w w .bunac.org/usa/workaustralia/

As for the game thing, I would like to go hard for 1-2 years to get the so called "reps" in, but I understand it's not super practical to go solo (at least for learning), and I would like to have like-minded people to go out with ALOT. I want to get good and learn this shit as fast as I can.

So I guess i'm wondering, is it likely to be able to find some people/someone to game with for a long period of time in another country?

Well, that's my little "plan" for getting good. Open for any suggestions/advice from experienced guys who have gone through the learning curve.

Dude, all around the planet men are swooping girls, or trying to. There is no shortage of guys who go out and pickup women.

I think you'll be fine. Just hit up some clubs, make some friends and learn the ropes. Do you know where you're going yet? Because, obviously, some countries have bigger pickup scenes than others.

And you can always ask around on here. A lot of our members travel regularly, so there will probably someone from these forums in a country you're interested in who can go out with you.

Yeah, this is the route to go. Try and get internships overseas or teach English. Both are solid ways to support travel and get your international playboy lifestyle off the ground.

Don't wait, start working on it now. Even if you don't feel totally comfortable rolling solo or w/e don't sweat it just get out there. I think that with what ever you want to accomplish in life (learning game, writing a book, etc.) its better to take baby steps now to build momentum then to wait for later.

If you don't want to roll solo find some people you can go out with and use as 'home base' for the night. That way you're with people but you can still wander off to do your own thing.

If you don't want to go out do little things at school like working on eye contact and starting little conversations at the bookstore or cafe on your campus.

Do you live in a college town or a city? Is your school tiny, medium (10k+) or huge? No matter the answer, go out to every single party you can. You're in college dude, take advantage of it. Spend 2-3 nights a week at parties honing your skills. If your school is decently sized, cold approach girls on campus (indirectly).

If you live in a city, I'll assume since you're a 4th year that you're 21, go out to clubs and bars as much as you can, plus day game girls in your city. Unless you go to a seriously shitty school (girls/party wise, not academic) in the middle of nowhere there is no excuse for not practicing game in college.

Looking at Australia, England, and Finland. All 3 seem pretty solid to me

Check the FastSeduction Lair List:

Then pick a city that has a strong community.

I think it's a brilliant goal. You can travel the world teaching English, working in bars, WOOFing or doing random jobs. You can also figure out an online income. Traveling and meeting women has really broadened my horizons, far more than anything I could do at home would.

By the way, I'd avoid signing any contracts for English teaching jobs. It's not hard to just land in a town and sign on for 6 months, or even hop from town to town and get your own English teaching clients using classifieds sites and by posting flyers in universities.

One tip for teaching English: If you're familiar with business terminology, you can charge as much as double the going rate for teaching "Business English" instead of just normal English.
