I would like to see him in the midwest or in cities in red states. Could be interesting, as nearly all of those cities mentioned were in blue states.
This would mean like maybe boise, Omaha, Birmingham, Louisville, New Orleans, Cleveland or something. It really all depends on where Rooshes readers are, and if the cities would fit in with his existing tour.

Most definitely. If I am not mistaken, Roosh is fluent in Spanish, so he will fit into the Miami culture like a glove.
