I caught up with a friend today, and he bragged about his new cougar plate he is smashing. He is 33, she is latina, 45, and after showing me a photo on his phone, could pass for 30. It's still crazy to me that she has a daughter we would both easily go after (25).

This is entirely dependent on the situation and what you are looking for.

What is she to you? How old are you? What are your goals in life?

If you're a young guy and you either want the practice or that is your thing, go for it, I guess.

If you are looking to get married, I personally have been avoiding anything over 30. You could probably stretch that to 35 in very special circumstances. But, I am in my 30s.

As should be obvious, if you are looking for kids, the younger she is (within the law), the better.

If you are just spinning plates, who cares?

Women seem to lose a lot of the negative qualities we complain about on the forum after a certain age. In truth, a lot of them are probably grateful that a guy who can game is paying any attention to them. And, this situation can work from both a Machiavellian and "ethical game" perspective. If you are gaming 45-year-old women, you are keeping your own position very strong. At the same time, you aren't poaching younger girls and wasting their prime reproductive years.

So, again, it depends. But, I see nothing wrong with a guy (especially an older guy) who wants to game phased-out women. He just needs to realize that they are good for STRs, but are rubbish for anything more serious.

As a last point, most of this advice goes out the window if you are in your twilight years and you want to "game" older women. If you are 65 and you want to settle down with a hot 50-year-old woman for the companionship, knock yourself out.

I think it's age dependent, because once I heard once that the ideal age of a woman is your age, divided by 2, plus 8

Then I ran some numbers in my head and decided that it could work
if you are 60, it's 38
if you are 20, it's 18
If you are 26, it's 21
if you are 36, it's 26
if you are 16, it's 16

It totally depends on the woman in question, but beyond about age 33 you are looking at a diminishingly small set of outliers. I'm in my 50's and the oldest woman I have smashed was 40, but she was Chinese and had a body like a teenager. Another in her late 30's was also Chinese and fashion model.

White chicks tend to hit the wall hard by their mid 30's but I've dated and banged a few who kept it together. I've only dated two "older women" when I was in my late 20's and the age gap was less than a year and they still got carded at bars.

Not too long ago I watched "Film Stars Don't Die In Liverpool". Annette Bening is probably better looking than Gloria Grahame. She was a cute teenager and something of a hottie up to about age 40. For me anything over 25 is purely for sex, no LTR potential at all. Oldest I've had is 33 I believe which was when I was 22, if I've had older they lied and looked really, really good for their age.
