I've done around 1k day game approaches the past year, but only around 100 the past 6 months.

It so happens that I've been focusing on work and other areas of my life the past 6 months where I did only around 100 approach, but my work and relationships got much better, so I am saying it was totally worth it to get off the day game for awhile.

My life setup doesn't allow me the opportunity to approach daily so I am finding I have to do dedicated actual day game sessions if I'm able to go out and game.

I would need to have a style where I'm doing many approaches on these sessions and gaming in very high traffic areas so I can get the volume in. Volume and anonymity are the 2 key factors I'm considering when choosing a venue.

For Example:

I might have 2 to 6 days per month to go and and game. I do think that my game got very rusty by taking off for 3 months without doing any game, so I think at least going out one day every 2 weeks during maintenance phase would be very helpful.

Perhaps I should go out 4 to 8 days per month while I'm building up the rotation. I would try and do at least 16 to 25 approaches per session. So that gives me a range of 100 to 200 approaches during the immersion or build up phase. And during the maintenance phase, I would just go out 2 to 4 days per month.

What's my goal?

I have a g.f. already. I just want to add one or 2 more girls in rotation. Maybe 3 side girls max in different cities. I want girls that I can bang at least 10 times for each close as a general rule.

A. Can anyone help inspire me? Any success stories or suggestions?

B. Does anyone care to discuss the effectiveness of my style vs other styles that go for approaching more consistently but in less volume. Let's say we both get in the same number of approaches per month as an example. I think both styles can be effective but I'm also interested in hearing experienced gamer's experiences and ideas.

When it comes to day game.

It helps to make it a habit to approach during your normal daily activities. Approach while grocery shopping, approach while waiting for public transport, approach while drinking a coffee.

Look at it like this. Perhaps only one in a few hundred girls you might actually really find interesting. You will not encounter this one girl many times. And when you do, you better be prepared to take your chance and approach her.

Worst thing is to let an amazing girl walk.

The beginning of learning game is hard. Very hard. You have to push past this. Once you do, you can slow done just a little bit. Just one or two approaches a day can keep you sharp.

Besides those one or two approaches a day just to maintain. Do some crazy ass sessions now and again. Push yourself. Like the gym.

If you can get away with it, consider immersing yourself into pickup for a while. Take of a few weeks and hit the streets.

It seems like you will have to run this experiment and see what results you get. You are pretty advanced and if your approaches have been of decent quality on average than you must have gotten quite a few lays.

Less volume means you need to filter the girls by the interest they give you. You need to have your eyes open for IoIs and be ready for action when you get them. In that case you approach when you are already out and going about your day.

Otherwise, I think only guys like Krauser, Tom Torero, Todd V, Roosh etc. plus the advanced daygamers here may have a system to compare with.

Would be nice to hear about your results if you do decide to test different methods.

I live in NYC, and I've been contemplating creating a consistent routine. But how much? 10 approaches a day, and how do you self discipline? I much prefer the idea of Day Game (I dislike booze, and the night scene.)

The best way is to make approaching a habit if you're set up well logistically and you're single.

I've seen some guys get good at game relatively fast by going out a lot and with some studying also.

Ideally you could make it part of your daily routine. For example, doing some sets on your way to the gym and at the grocery store / coffee shop could get you access to a few approaches per day if you are in a high traffic area.

Let's say you do at least 5 approaches per day 5 days per week and you hit up to 100 approaches your first month? That's pretty solid. If you can do it in a way that's sustainable, then you might have a winning strategy!

For me it's not really practical to game every day at this time, so I do longer sessions but less frequent. It's harder to stay sharp like that, but it it can definitely work. It comes back to me pretty fast once I go out again and even makes it more fun to take breaks.

Minimum of 16 approaches is way too much per session. In my experience, more than 10 would lead to garbage approaches where I no longer have the willpower to keep rambling and just go based on quantity. In addition, it tends to attract too much attention. Would suggest limiting to 5 approaches per session and take a 2 week break after each 100 like in the Roosh Program?

What is your conversion rate in terms of setting up dates? Kisses? When you did 1000? And your last 100?

Last but not least, what are your venues of choice? For me have had the most success in parks and coffee shops.

I think that the quantitative focus loses a lot, unless coupled with "style"/qualitative aspects.
The idea, as I remember, with regards to Roosh's 100 approach program - is to do one every day, as a minimum. This is what I did (there were days I did more).
Doing a week of 5 approaches per day may burn you.

I second @Philosopher's take on "garbage approaches".

If you want to stay sharp, you need to keep doing it, and be in the mindset of "Always on". Making daygame part of the routine is great. I was able to complete the program because I was riding the train every day.
I also believe that "multi-channel" can help. Meaning you do day game as well as other types (night? social circle? online?). By doing so you increase the traffic, and have more options. Preference to day game is ok, but if it is not part of the routine (or you find it logistically hard) then other means of "generating leads" is in order.

I also want to congratulate you on making it fun. This is a positive feedback loop that can help facilitate the habit.
