^ you step in very dangerous territory when you marry a richer woman, especially if it's family money. She has the strong possibility of resenting you after a while. Also her family will feel powerful enough to exert influence over your decisions and particularly your children. If they want to poison your children's minds against you, that will be very easy through gifts and trips etc... - something that an easily corruptable youthful mind will gravitate towards.

If you, and YOUR extended family get along 100% perfectly, then that may work out, but otherwise know that your dominance as the patriarch can be easily challenged.
