Bumble has almost completely dried up for me. No matter what I do (new profiles, new pics, new location), I get almost nothing in the first few days, and after about day 3 everything just stops. I used to get MAD results using the same photos, and I get massive IOIs from women in real life.

I even did an experiment with a fake profile for a really attractive, sexy guy. Nothing.

I assume this is some sort of scam. I matched with a hot girl on bumble and “she” immediately starts sending nudes and asking for dick pix. No hoe does this in my lifetime. It must be a gay man using a hot girls photos

Same here. Bumble was insane for me last year around this time. I'd be getting matches all day long.

I have found the women on Bumble to be far less attractive and when they do message you it is almost always just a "hey" or "what's up" leaving the man to do all the work (as usual).

Hinge does make it easier for men and women to open and the women are reasonable looking. There just isn’t enough of them yet.

As for Bumble, if it wasn’t for the past five lays thread in which someone wrote that his last five came from bumble, I’d have thought this app was a scam.

I joined during the super bowl this year and I’ve only had one date. She was a single mother feminist who seemed to have divorced well so I didn’t pursue. She did however say that her single mother friends are slaying things on bumble. One retains the services of a younger man while she rides the carousel looking for a man with a large enough cock for her.

Dating apps and easy access to the surplus of beta younger men really is a boon for unmarried mothers in their 30s.

I let Bumble go awhile back. I was seeing the same chicks repeatedly, even if I swiped left on them previously. I primarily use Hinge and have amassed a nice harem to keep me busy during the winter fall/winter.

I see the same girls repeatedly on both Bumble AND Hinge.

Bumble it's more obvious. Open the app, first 6-7 girls will be unique, then first two girls are repeated again.

Hinge, they come back after two weeks or so. Annoying as fuck.

Yeah I have seen repeats on Hinge as well. I mostly like that there is no swiping and chicks often like me first. Lots of average looking women with occasional 7’s, or even 8’s. The hottest ones are the most flakey obviously, but that’s basically par for the course with online dating.
I just want sex and apparently so do most of them, so it works out.

Hinge is currently the best mainstream dating app by a country mile.
Bumble has gone downhill in terms of quality and actual matches. Does their algorithm penalize users for over-swiping like Tinder?

That's just how Bumble works. It doesn't remember which girls you've left-swiped before and yes, it's quite a timesink because of it. On the flipside, there is no daily limit on right-swipes, unlike Tinder.

This has probably come up before but another feature of Bumble is it always shows your current location. This raises some privacy issues if you spend any length of time back and forth in chat. Like once you know her hometown, if you check the app in the middle of the night and it shows her somewhere else, she's probably banging someone else. Or if she flakes and gives an excuse, the location could expose the lie or vice versa.

Platitudes like this don't make says as everything depends on your city. Different apps have footholds in different cities.

Try bumble where the girl will message 10/10 times hey/hi/how are you/hey handsome girls game is so uncreative and weak. They show absolutely no initiative at all. I've called them on it but the quality of women is much higher where I live. The fatties haven't fully infiltrated it but are making their way in. I prefer tindr, I still get easy matches all day and I've had multiple follow ups and bangs as well as dated several of them. Its just getting them from app to in person soon as possible with high energy(depending on the girl). Go down to Bogota Colombia and you will match will 8/10-9.5/10's EASY if you are a "gringo". It isn't as infiltrated as Medellin is with gringos. Bogota you still got the exoticness factor that easily plays in your hands unless you have Aspergers or are a neckbeard. Bumble is over, POF is wack, I'm still getting results on tindr. Anyone have any other apps that are decent? I haven't fully read the thread.

Ran into my first scammer on Hinge, lol. Bad ass Latina (in the pics anyway) that chatted in broken english. Transferred to text, to set up meet-up. First mentioned (out of the blue) she was working a menial job to get money to start her business, later when I told her to call me, mentioned her phone was broke and didn't have the money to fix it. Number was an API internet voice line (aka Google Voice). I thought to myself, I bet some simp could easily fall for shit like this. Stay vigilant fella's

I see the same thing. Every profile "stack", it's 14 ugly girls, one 8+, then it goes to "Discovering" and I get 14 ugly girls and one 8+ again.

Their algorithm is weird.

By the way, I found a huge bug in Hinge. I sent messages to 20+ girls after a new profile and got 0 responses. Logged out and back in and turns out none of my messages were getting delivered. Basically got gaslighted into thinking no one was responding and I was going crazy.

If you get this, just try logging out and back in.

I live in NYC and I get a lot of Bumble matches. 10-20 a day.

I'm just average looking and I'm Indian too. The majority of my matches are white women, and a few Indian/Asian sprinkled in there.

Be warned that, at least in my opinion, Bumble is filled with basic upper-middle class bitchy/basic women. I have been on a lot of Bumble dates and it's hard for me to connect with them because I am your typical blue-collar, son of an immigrant, middle-class guy. But anyways:

Here's what helped me:

1) Put my height. I'm not 6 feet by any means (I'm actually 5'10''), but I just put that on my profile. No girl has ever asked about it in real life. But just to be sure, sometimes I may actually put in show lifts in my shoes to add that extra 2 inches to be 6 foot.

2) I make my profile bio FUN. If you actually read through woman's profiles, they are all just putting in jokes and fun stuff. Nothing serious. You should also just put in a fun profile with a few jokes in there

When a girl opens me, I always joke around and just throw out provocative and fun STATEMENTS, NOT QUESTIONS. Women will respond and it doesn't make it a shitty conversation with you asking questions all the time.

I've been able to convert a lot of my conversations into actual dates with this. Feel free to PM for specific examples.
