Perfect list of problems. Working with Indians is eternally frustrating, waste of time.

On the other hand if you hire Ukranian programmers, you will get people who often will force YOU to up YOUR game.

Every Ukrainian programmer I've seen has been extraordinary. Maybe I've just been lucky, or it's something in the culture. The only problem is they're getting expensive.

• Indians do not how to say "I don't know". If you ask them if they can do something, they will never admit they can't do it. They will always bullshit you and say they can do it. Then they produce shitty work and aren't embarrassed about producing bad work. In fact they are shameless and ask for more work!
• I am not ashamed to admit that the average white American, Canadian or British guy is more honest than the average Indian. Not all whites are honest - I don't trust eastern Europeans.
• Indians are all about bringing over as much people as they can to the US - I know a US Citizen married Indian guy. He legally divorced his wife, married a woman in India to bring her over. His wife was in on the plan. Then as soon as she got citizenship, she divorced him and the man remarried his original wife. The woman from India goes back to India, and marries a guy from there. After that they sponsor their siblings and their parents to come to the US. So from one fake marriage you get over 10 people coming in.
• Don't assume all white Americans are great - I currently manage a Russian and two white Americans. Who's hard working and who are lazy fucks? I'm sure you can figure it out...
• The good thing about Indians that a genuine guy is one of the best friends you can have. They will give you the shirt of their back to help family and friends - however, people like this are very rare.
• These guys work in IT because the pay is great, my company is paying a Pakistani guy USD $140/hr . Another guy is getting USD $10K a week! Similar reason why some many Indians go to med school - it's not because they want help heal people - they do it for the money.
  

On a personal level, I won't do business with Indians - they fuck over other Indians more than anybody else!

So basically, don't work with Indians.

I do know that Chinese and Indians in America hate each other.

I knew this Chinese guy who will always rail about the Indians. I remember he even said "The Indians are taking 'OUR' jobs". Meaning the American jobs.

Never understood why. Can anyone chime in on that? I would really like to know.

Thank you. I've had a fair bit of exposure to farming in Aus, there's a hell of a difference between crops, and then between that and livestock. Orchards and similar seem to be the bulk of backpacker work, where a cattle farm doesn't generally need anywhere near as much labor.
Then there's the differences outside of labor.

Hell, there's a huge amount of experience and knowledge required to be productive in any farm and it's still at the mercy of outside conditions sometimes. Drought and the cattle start dying? That's your income, you can't support them, and you can't get enough for them to pay the debt
What do you do?

It gets me just how ignorant most people are about the whole thing, but I do agree about that handout mentality.

Like all welfare it starts out making sure nobody hits rock bottom but before you know it some guys are making a better living milking taxpayers than cows.

Then you wake up one day and see that the guy down the road is earning a decent living doing nothing but selling his water allocation and you wonder what the fuck went wrong.

They don't hate each other. Chinese look down on Indians and Indians are indifferent to Chinese. Chinese people lose their minds when I tell them Indians make more money on average than they do in the US - it destroys their image of Indians being poor.
