In the end, they got the laptop back due to someone being friends with local drug dealer and finding the guy. Liberals think can prance around neighborhood with expensive laptop in the nice part of town, like Ravenwood in Chicago, they can go anywhere. Until the person gets a dose of reality in the form of robbery as prance around with expensive laptop playing music in Southside of Chicago. Correction, getting shot multiple times.

'Trotsky' was beaten to death about a month after the riots and his girlfriend was gang raped and then beaten so badly she was permanently disabled. I never found out whether or not this had anything to do with the riots, it was just one more crazy thing in an era of crazy things. It is possible that 'Trotsky' was in some kind of drug buy that went wrong and that it had nothing at all to do with the riots. I never did figure this one out.

I agree with Count Pierre that traveling to Tajikstan is not inherently stupid. However, doing so carelessly, as evidenced by their comments that they believe the dangers are imaginary, some sort of media construct, is absolutely stupid.

This outcome might be unlikely, but so is a house fire, precisely because people take measures to make sure it's unlikely. You can afford to be at least somewhat stupid about this in New York or Paris because strong political institutions do the dirtiest of the dirty work for you. Not so much in Dushanbe.

I see guys in Colombia with a total lack of street smarts and self awareness all of the time, both RVF and random gringos, I shake my head a lot down there because of how clueless these people can be, here's my favourite story:

-Last December I was in Cali, Colombia (one of the top 20 or so most dangerous cities in the world) and we decided to have an RVF meet up with a few guys at a restaurant near my place. One of the guys couldn't find it so I told him to meet me at the Juan Valdez (popular coffee shop there).

-So I'm waiting at the coffee shop, which a few days earlier was robbed at 4pm by four punks on motorcycles who burst into the place with weapons and robbed all of the customers of their cell phones, laptops, jewelry, cash, etc. Story here.

-A taxi pulls up in front but I couldn't see the passenger, although I did see the driver was a bit animated so I approached his window to see if it was the RVF dude. Then the guy got out of the passenger side, slams the door (big no in Colombia) and comes up to me saying "I have to go inside and get change for a 50,000 peso note" (the largest bill, often taxis can't change them).

-At that moment I saw that the guy had his wallet completely open in one hand and it was FULL of 50,000 (about $18 USD) and a bunch of green backs, not sure how much but let's say about $300 USD worth of cash, he also had his late model smart phone (probably worth $800-1000), a fucking new Go Pro camera ($300?) and a designer leather back pack with who knows what inside, probably a laptop lol.

-I told the guy "put all that shit in your bag right now!" then I paid the taxi, about $2 for the fare.

I had to lay into the guy, I told him that he's fucking insane to be going around Cali flaunting that shit and he's lucky that the taxi didn't jack him which happens all of the time and also how about the coffee shop was violently robbed just a few days before. He literally had about 2-3 months worth of that taxi driver's earnings waving around in his hands.

At first he was dismissive and thought I was overreacting but I think he eventually got the point, there was another incident at a bar where this guy was counting his bills from his wallet at a seat on the patio next to the street in a rough part of town, I had to tell him to put that shit away too. I haven't heard from him since, hopefully he made it home in one piece.

I would recommend not reading the plot synopsis ahead of time so as not to ruin the twist ending. This show was constantly rebroad cast on the SyFy Network, so you'd think these two might have seen this episode. But even if they did, they probably wouldn't have heeded its warning. There is no reasoning with True Believers In The Cause.

1. Women getting raped/killed in countries like Haiti - notable case this one that got raped on a roof by an "oppressed" black man as she screamed that she read Malcolm X

Happens constantly in Africa. Africa is all safe and fine until it isn't. Even supposedly stable and safe countries like Botswana have through-the-roof rape, murder and kidnapping rates.

2. Women who travel to Palestine because they feel with the poor oppressed Palestinians. There are hundreds of women who entered the area, were then forcibly married to a local men and were never again allowed to leave or even contact their family back home.

Read recently an article on the topic, because of how often it happens. It's sometimes literally a few dozen miles away from the oppressive state of Israel and they are set to live in captivity for the rest of their lives.

3. Women who marry enlightened oppressed Muslim men - hundreds of thousands of Western women doing it in the West. They know nothing about Islam when usually converting. 10% of the marriages are happy and fine, often because the Muslim is very secular, extremely loving or an undercover Ex-Muslim. The divorce rate however is approaching 80% (if they can divorce living in the West).

The foundation Estera helps women get out of those relationships safely and has some stats compiled. The death rate of women is at times approaching their chances of being happy in a Muslim marriage. The number of women who get their kids taken away to a Muslim country is somewhere around 15-20%.

Most of this is based on simply indoctrination about the true nature of the religion. They usually find out about it until it is too late and they are married with a child on the way. Standard fare - before conversion given a book by Rumi (who was killed by Muslims btw), afterwards find out that Rumi's teachings did not have much to do with Islam at all. (Wine drinking Persian mystic was more a Zoroastran than Muslim.)

4. Women get constantly raped and murdered in the West now as they embrace the lovely refugees. There are so many cases of refugee aid workers who experience violence, that we could cite dozens of articles.


5. Couples traveling in dangerous location in their blue-eyed pacifist equalist mindset.

I can think of this one here, but also the one in Africa who got shot by some warlord group and even put on the internet.


Of course those things can change over time, but a wise man calculates his chances with each endeavor. Travel, bangs - certainly marriages have to be put on a risk-reward ratio.

What the couple did was the equivalent of an 80yo rich Gamma male marrying a 21yo woman whose last 2 husbands died mysterious deaths. If the woman had been biking alone through Marocco and Egypt, then she would likely already be dead. They were safer as a couple until they met a more believing Islamic group of men.

This could have happened to them in some areas in Egypt or Lebanon - nothing special about it.

It's really funny if you think about it that the average liberal woman is being told lies about mostly harmless things:

+ rape culture in colleges - especially White frat boys
+ Hollywood moguls and powerful men sometimes badly flirting with them while fucking them can sometimes bring great dividends (almost all of those encounters were just calculated bangs for profit and not rape)
+ evil Trump supporters and male supremacist "pro-rape" groups like us - they are literally Nazis

Harmless and oppressed:

- Muslim refugees
- ghetto blacks in rough parts of town - they are just exciting bad boys (cultured educated black men are almost as bad as those terrible white privileged men)
- Anyone brown and not White anywhere in the world - even if it's a violence infested country where killing someone for 100$ is legit

So the women in the West are literally brainwashed to fear those who could protect them and embrace those who might rape and kill them at a much higher rate. It's bizarre how good their propaganda works.
